The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We enjoyed our stay in this 2 BR condo while visiting our daughter at AMU. The following are items that I have let the owner know about and we will totally return to this condo again if some of these changes are made: - Description online does not match the condo. It states it is on the third floor, where it is actually a first floor unit (pictures show floor 1) and had a hard time communicating with VRBO and VACASA when booking this to see what floor it is actually on. It also states there is a King and Queen bed. The primary room was only a double. Way too small for a main bedroom. It also stated 3 bathrooms. -There were no dressers or places to put your luggage in the bedrooms. We had to place our suitcases on the floor. A dresser and TV in each bedroom would be nice. -Kitchen had bare minimum items. It had pots and pans, but no sheet pans, baking dishes, toaster, and only had just 4 forks, knives and spoons. Just a few more items in the kitchen would be nice. Also found out the broom and dust pan were locked in the owners closet, so couldn't access it to keep the kitchen floor swept. -Guest bath shower needs a liner. -The living room could use another piece of furniture. -Some furniture still had tags on them. -The pocket door to the bathroom stuck and it took my husband several minutes to get it open to let me out. Also the Patio door is hard to open. I did let the owner know of my suggestions and issues, and he was very receptive.
