RENOVATED! Condo 1 block from the beach

We stayed two weeks and this property had everything we needed. A huge bonus was the location of the beach, which was just a walk across the street.

Great location so close to the beach. The salt water pool was my favorite. The perfect amount of room that we needed. The ac unit didn’t really cool the bedroom enough. But it was a nice stay.

The location is great, but can you call it a 1 bedroom if it doesn’t have a door? The pictures listed in VRBO are misleading, which was very disappointing. There is maybe 6 inches on either side of the bed, no where to put suitcases, the closet that is one side of the bedroom that is not shown in the pictures has no door either. There is a wall unit AC so the small living room is cooled nicely however there is no air in the bedroom. The fan in the living room worked well, however the one in the bedroom is SO loud we couldn’t even sleep with it on. Will not be back

The unit was like brand new , the location was great and you have your own parking spot… very vey nice area the boardwalk was awesome! You can walk to the Pier via boardwalk with multiple restaurants to choose from. I’m already planning my trip for next year and I plan to stay at the same place. They also supply beach, chairs, and an umbrella.

The size was just right for me and my daughter. The location right next to the beach was very convenient. Overall great stay.

Perfect unit for a couple wishing to vacation at the beach. Our place was updated and very clean upon our arrival. Only 1 block from the beach with towels and chairs provided made our visit perfect.

The apartment was exactly as described, although on pictures it looked slightly bigger. There was an issue with AC remote, but we were able to resolve very quickly over text messages. Great location and efficient communication made it to a time we enjoyed.

The space is exactly as listed. It is a little small but we didn’t mind since we knew this going in and most of our time wasn’t spent in the condo. The pool was great and never over crowded. We had been told there would be a pack n play but didn’t see one when we arrived. However, we contacted Gino and there was a brand new one delivered later that day! The beach is super close and my husband was able to wake up and watch the sun rise every morning. Took approximately 2-3 min to the beach. The beach near the condo has more rock formations then up the street but still a good location. The beach umbrella in the room is old and pretty broken down. We were able to make it work but it def needs to be replaced! Highly recommend this location!
