Stayed Dec 5, 2025High praise for cleanliness and beach proximity!Some basic amenities could be better. Advertised with 2 queen beds but they were only full size. Pillows were poor. No soap for dishwashing. There was only one very tiny frying pan for cooking. No pepper in shaker.

Stayed Jul 3, 2025Greatly enjoyed our stay. It is very close to the beach which was most important to us. Its a realky nice section if beach also. The unit is nicely renovated. Would have appreciated a vacuum for any sand from the beach.

Stayed Dec 3, 2024Very clean and not a single roach or pest citing. Kitchen has everything except a cookie sheet and scissors, which can be purchased at dollar store?!Beach chairs, towels all provided. Washer 1.75/ load and dryer free in commons area. Less than 1 mile walk to pier in downtown area, on beautiful brickpaver path along beach. Washer Is in common area 1.75

Stayed Sep 28, 2024I was very pleased with the apartment. It was very clean and more than enough room for friends to visit. The host was very responsive and a great help. One of my friends told me that she would be using this location for her beach breaks too. I will definitely be returning for my next trip to Florida.

Stayed Aug 12, 2024Great little spot to stay during our freshman daughter's drop off to FAU. Very clean and excellent location to access the beach and 15 min to her college. Only thing we weren't thrilled about was the wifi, as it wasn't very strong and difficult to access. Overall, we would stay again.

Stayed Jun 7, 2024I had a 10 day stay and was delightfully surprised! Very clean, well equipped property with all the essentials. The unit was a 1 bedroom with 2 double beds that were very comfortable. This was a wonderful host who answered all questions that we had after check-in. Nicely maintained and a perfect spot for my daughter and her family to spend time at the pool.
