Renovated Beachfront Penthouse Unit! Views! Views! Views!

First, the good stuff: the king size bed was very comfortable, the towels were good, and the remodeled kitchen and bathroom were very nice. The view is spectacular, the balcony is a great place to hang out, the beach is right there, and the staff at the Apollo are very accommodating. Now for the negatives that are generally easy to fix: the bedroom dresser drawers are broken; most of the drawers just fall out when you open them. The bedroom window blinds are broken and unusable. The closet could use more hangers, not a big expense to fix. The televisions are very small; we quickly gave up on them as they were hard to see from the couch or especially the bed.They provide you with one roll of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and one dishwasher pod, but not even a small shampoo to get you started on your first day here. I like to clean up after myself, but no cleaning supplies are provided. How about a broom and some spray cleaner? And someone please get rid of this hideous “centerpiece!”

Beautiful location/views. Clean property. A small recommendation, get a better headroom furniture and beddings and pillows.

The kitchen, while small had a modern large microwave, a small dishwasher and a modern, efficiency stove top. The condo is a bit small, but adequate. The bed was comfortable. The TV in the dining/living room and in the bedroom was small. Then balcony was awesome with a new easy sliding door. Security in the complex was very good and we had covered reserved parking. We used the pool a lot and took a lot of walks along the beach. The unit comes with beach/pool towels which is amazing, and it comes with supplies needed for the beach (ex. chairs, frisbee, etc.) My suggestions is that there are better directions for the key usage for Apollo as it was confusing at first how to use the keys. Also, closing the storm doors on the balcony is helpful when it rains so it doesn’t get the balcony all wet. There was coffee there, but I’m not sure if it’s always there or someone’s leftovers. So, if you are a coffee drinker, you may need to BYOB along with dish soap. The pans are scratched up pretty bad. I assume it’s because they (the rental company) provides you with a metal pancake flipper/spatula and not a wooden/black rubber one which is the type you need for the pans. Overall, AMAZING experience. We really enjoyed being able to drink our coffee in the morning and see the ocean. Would recommend!!!!!!!
