Stayed Jun 11, 2025This condo and the grounds were amazing. We played pickleball and shuffleboard in the morning. My son golfed on the putting green. The condo was decorated nicely and very clean. The kitchen made you feel like you were at home, which was a plus. There were board games to play when it was rainy out. The owner had a variety of beach items from beach cart to chairs to umbrellas to beach toys to floats to a waterproof beach blanket (we left ours there). Using the washing machine and dryer (located on the floor) was completely easy. You just download an app and prepay. The pool was very nice also. The long term residents were so kind and gave great advice where to eat. I highly recommend this condo.

Stayed May 17, 2025Marco Island is definitely a beautiful place!!! Our stay was mostly fabulous! The room was great and had everything we could have needed. The beach was absolutely beautiful!! The grounds were very neat and clean!!! The only thing that was quite odd to us were the pool monitor’s. Some of them seemed more like drill sergeants than pool monitors, which made going to the pool an unpleasant experience. My husband was chastised for having a sitting chair 2-3 feet from the pool edge, while talking to those of us that were in the pool. When asked what he did wrong the gentleman was very confrontational towards my husband. We are pool people and for this reason we will probably not return.

Stayed May 3, 2024Beautiful Condo!!! The view is amazing!! Very clean. Kitchen has everything you will need during your stay. Master bed was comfortable. Would recommend staying here. We had a wonderful trip.
