Renovated Beach Front Condo in walking distance to Restaurants & Attractions

Loved this property. Host was great. Perfect for our family.

Everything about the property is spectacular. We have stayed at many properties at The Ashworth and this property by far is the nicest. We would recommend it to anyone looking to have a beautiful view, every amenity and super comfortable beds and furniture. We hope to return soon.

Condo was very clean and perfectly described. Easy walk down to the beach, bars, restaurants, shops and ice cream shops were walking distance. Our family very much enjoyed our stay, thank you

We had a great get away. The property was nice, we didn’t have any issues with the staff. Communication with the owner was quick and responsive. The door handle to the balcony was broke when we got there which was a little nerve wracking with kids. I was scared fingers would get smashed shutting door. Owner stated someone would come by and fix it, but unfortunately that didn’t happen. And, we couldn’t find sheets for pull out sofa bed, but plenty of extra blankets, so we made do. Also, it was pretty warm in there. Regardless of what the ac was set on, it wouldn’t cool down. Luckily, we brought portable fans. Otherwise, great stay! Will definitely look to come back.

Family and friends expressed loving the Condo. The Condo unit had everything you need for cooking. The mattress and linens were soft and comfortable. There is a washer and dryer machine in the unit which was a plus for everyone. Everything was clean, neat, and organized perfectly. It felt like a home away from home.

Awesome lazy river and pool. Great beach access. The condo was clean, beautifully decorated. Had everything we needed in the kitchen. Beds were so comfy. Would definitely stay here again. Loved it. Great experience.

The property was in a great location for our purposes. The home was very nicely updated and for our party of 5 it was the perfect size. There were not any paper towels, trash bags, or dishwasher pods but we were able to get by with what we had brought and hopefully this will be remedied for future guests. We had trouble with the door code when checking in and several times throughout our stay. On our last full day there the property manger/owner had the lock replaced but it took time away from the beach as we got locked out or locked in of the unit a couple times before being replaced on our last day there. The paperwork had check out as 11am (central time). On the morning of our departure, the owner sent their Real Estate agent to our unit at 9:30am to check on a closet that was left unlocked by housekeeping, not ideal as we were preparing for our departure and the Real Estate Agent needed to facetime and walk around the condo. Plenty of luggage carts and grocery carts on the first floor to help with getting everything to the 10th floor, the parking only goes to the 5th/6th floor. We did not utilize any of the property amenities as we were on the beach but they seemed nice-very busy!
