Renovated 2 Bedroom Condo on Beach-Emerald Isle-Near Pier Park Frank Brown Park

You can tell the difference between a place managed by a large company and one where the owner is engaged. This is one where the owner is engaged. It shows in small ways like plugs by all the beds, nice dishes, and good outdoor furniture. The condo was clean, nicely outfitted, and comfortable. We would definitely stay again!

Love staying at emerald isle and have stayed at a bunch of other units. This unit was as advertised and communication with owner/manager couldnt have been better. Would and will try to stay here in the future.

We had a wonderful stay. Very clean condo. Great beds and pillows. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking if you desired to cook. Furniture on the balcony was in great shape and comfortable. Good quality towels in the bathrooms. Family friendly facility.

The condo was excellent! Very clean and the furniture was comfortable and nice! The view was amazing! Perfect for a family or couple getaway. Beach was not overcrowded. Mark responded quickly to any questions. We look forward to booking again in the future!

We have stayed in Emerald Isle a few times now. This was our first time in this condo. It was beautifully renovated! We had a wonderful stay and Mark was great with communication. We hope to stay again!

This was truly an amazing week for us. We were literally right on the beach. Everything was just as described. We enjoyed breakfast on the patio, days on the beach and magical sunsets from the balcony. Everyone at the property was so friendly and helpful. This was our best vacation ever. We can't wait to go back!!!

This was our first time staying at the Emerald Isle. Communicate from the beginning was great. Both management and owner were very reasonable when we had some questions at check in. Only bummer was that we were supposed to get 2 beach chairs and umbrella with our rental but because it was out of season, we did not get it. Had to go buy chairs in town. Condo was a great stay. The views were phenomenal! Side note about parking: it was confusing at first but with owners help we figured it out. However, we were harrassed by other condo owner about the spot we were parking. It was not a designated condo spot but we still had to move our vehicle several times just to pacify other owner.

My family loved it here. We did have a slight miss hap but the owners were quick at responding and got everything fixed quickly as possible. I would recommend they put in air frier in the unit to make it easier to cook certain foods for the kiddos. But other than that it was a beautiful and wonderful stay.

I have nothing negative to say about this condo. Everything was clean and very nice. The beds were so comfortable, which is hard to find in a rental.

The best king size bed! So comfortable! Gorgeous kitchen wuth beautiful countertops. Awesome huge balcony and great views! Super clean & loved that there was a vacuum available to use to keep sand off floors! Amazing condo! Loved that 2 chairs & umbrella came with it too!

Everything was just beautiful. Gorgeous property and an outstanding unit. It had everything we needed and was so clean and comfortable. The owner was really nice and easy to reach. The whole complex and the beach was smoke and vape free. We just loved it!

My wife and I have been going to Emerald Isle the past 12 years. This year was one of the most enjoyable and relaxing trips we have ever been on. The accommodations were amazing the owner has done an excellent job decorating and maintaining the property. We will definitely go back.
