Remodled, Beautiful Beachfront Penthouse with Pool - Perfect Location!

Kitchen was not as well stocked as described and the few items that were there were all dirty. Pans still had bacon grease and plates, bowls and silverware still had food stuck to them. There wasn't much silverware to choose from. Knives were all dull, dirty and had broken handles which is dangerous and useless. TV in primary bedroom didn't work, although owner replacement mid week. Then the A/C in the primary stopped working a couple days before the end of our trip, unfortunate. Overpriced for such little amenities offered/available. Couldn't even offer aome bedding. Ceiling fans and small fans in bedrooms were very dusty and dirty. Light bulbs in 2nd bedroom and bathroom were out and beds were noisy, and a couple chairs in the dinning room were very wobbly and loose upon arrival. Could definitely be much better...definitely cleaner...for the cost. Otherwise, great overall location in North OC, decent building. We have always stayed in this area of OC and still had a good time, just wouldn't be staying in this unit again unfortunately. There potential but just came up short for us this time unfortunately. On the plus side, owner does communicate well. Thanks!

Great location! Amazing view! The unit was clean, everything was where the owner said it would be. Having a washer/dryer in the actual unit was a nice surprise and super convenient! We loved the private parking spot, the beach locker, private pool/beach entrance. Our only complaints about our stay, has really nothing to do with the owner or unit itself, but I feel the need to comment. The building seems to be on the older side and has a musty smell when you walk out the door, as well as in the trash room. You will also wait for what feels like forever, for elevators! Lastly, the pool closes 1-2 hours earlier than the other pools next to HPS, so that was kind of lame. Otherwise, this unit was perfect for our family and we would absolutely stay here again!!

We stayed a week and Valerie was very attentive to questions. The condo building was quiet, the balconies have great views and everything is provided for a day at the beach in the lockers conveniently located on lower level. Honestly, everything we needed was there and we brought our own linens. Great restaurants nearby and a hop, skip and jump to Delaware. We would definitely stay again.

Stay was great. Weather turned on us a little at the end of the week so we didn’t get to utilize the beach or pool but it was still nice to get away. Cleaning crew needs to clean ceiling fans.

Everything clean , neat, and well cared for. We had a small problem with the door code but Valerie was immediately available to resolve it. Location: fabulous. Parking beneath the building super convenient next to beach closet and elevator so loading and unloading was a dream. 2 small issues. Compressor in king room is super noisy when it kicks in. Worked ok but probably needs some attention. Also the door to the toy closet on the lobby level has come off it’s hinges. Coming back next year!

Everything was as she said it would be! I liked the convenience of the beach locker being right by our private parking and the elevator then straight out to the beach! About a 10-15 minute drive to the boardwalk, but no biggie. Had a great time all around. Plenty to do for my teenagers and husband and I. Liked the convenience of the stores across the rd as well. Would definitely come again!

Overall the property was ok. The location was great, right on the beach with a great view. We got into the unit and noticed it wasn’t that clean. We found sand, dirt and toenail/nail clippings underneath comforter in the master bed that we took off. Also, found food crumbs in the second bedroom with wrappers. Many stains on carpets and mold growing in the hallway shower in multiple areas. The property owner did offer to re send the cleaning service out but by the time we heard back I had already taken care of something’s myself in order for my family to be comfortable. Not something I planned on doing on vacation. The unit air conditioners need a good cleaning as well, you can clearly see dust/dirt coming out of the vents on them. The one in the kitchen has an odor coming out of it which we didn’t use at all due to this. Overall the place needs a good deep clean, from ceiling to floor and some maintenance. During check in I had to ask what unit # it was to the owner as that information wasn’t given, only the door code. Some of the information about parking and the beach locker wasn’t correct either. We were under the impression that we could store out beach stuff in the locker but once we got to the locker it was jammed pack with stuff. The parking we were told was on the first floor but it is actually located on the ground level right outside the entrance. We wouldn’t stay in this particular unit again, however we would stay in the building again. Access to the beach was great and location.

Came to Ocean City for a quick trip with the family for a few days, had a great time. Easy access to the beach, very few people at the pool the entire trip. Our host was very responsive with anything we needed, looking forward to booking again.

We had a great time on your property. Checking in and out was so simple and hassle free. The view was perfect and the location was great for our family. We will definitely be back.

We loved our stay and HPS is a great place to stay. Nice pools, the penthouse had beach items to share and the views are amazing. It was like waking up on the beach in your own condo every morning. The owner was easy to work with and very responsive!
