Stayed Jul 2, 2025This property is exactly as expected. Nicely remodeled and quiet. The building is older, but nice and safe. I stayed here with my mom and we both found it relaxing and close to everything. My only critique would be of the patio. The furniture needs updating because it feels unsafe. Also, the tv did not work in the larger bedroom. It was otherwise perfect and I would highly recommend!

Stayed Jun 1, 2024Very nice apartment. Good heat, good air, very clean, nice Tvs, loved the diming lights. Close to the freeway in San Fernando Valley, so very convient. Plenty of towels and linen, trash dumping receptacle a lifesaver for all tenants in the building.

Stayed Mar 14, 2024The bedroom windows look into the elevated highway; and it is too noisy even with windows closed as tight as possible. I'd asked the owner before signing up about possible noise from highway, and he said only one person of all the 30-40 that stayed there ever mentioned it. That's very surprising to me given the noise level we experienced. The mattresses were too squishy. Couldn't sleep well for all the 5 nights we were there. The rest of the apartment is decent. The building complex is very old, but the apartment is OK on the inside. The location is fine.

Stayed Sep 4, 2023The property was perfect for our mother daughter get together. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom so if we needed some alone time it could be easily done. The property was in the back of the condo complex and close to the parking lot. Our parking stall was close to the elevator which made it easy to unload our luggage and groceries.

Stayed Jul 12, 2022Great 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. Right of the 101. Nice pool and deck to hang out on. Would definitely stay again. Need to fix door to deck and better chairs outside. But great place and host.
