Stayed Jan 17, 2026It was very dirty. Also they stated it was remodeled. I would like to know what was remodeled. Everything looked like it was the original design years ago. The cabinets in the kitchen were falling apart, the rug was original and filthy. The owners should be embarrassed with the condition of their rental property.

Stayed Oct 12, 2024Our stay was the last week of a 3-week trip. Spent the first two on the Big Island then sent kids home and finished up dessert here at Kapalua and Perfect Stays in 21V1. Have spent time in this complex before and it never disappoints. Location and view was fabulous. Unit was clean and delightful, and if there was a complaint it was the TV instructions were too complicated for these old people. Why are we watching TV anyway. Of course, will be back.

Stayed Feb 2, 2024We have stayed in the Kapalua area many times for over 30 years and always enjoy every trip. The proximity to world class beaches is fantastic. On this trip, our condo was a good value and clean with lots of amenities. Additionally, it’s a short walk to beaches, restaurants, and the Kapalua Coastal Trail. We recommend the condo.

Stayed Oct 30, 2023The Villa is as good or better than everyone else has stated previously. The views are amazing, even though you are about 1/2 mile from the ocean, it feels much closer. Watching the sunset from the lanai each night was so relaxing. We took our beach chairs, towels, and ice chest and walked down to Nipali or Kapalua beach almost every day. We also took advantage of the hiking the Kapalua Coast Trail as well as other nearby trails. The location was perfect. We are already talking about returning to this beautiful location and condo. You will not be disappointed if you do.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The apartment was even better in person. The location was ideal. You are a short drive or walk to the best beaches and restaurants in Maui. But you are far enough away to have a relaxing and quiet nights sleep.. The view was gorgeous. The property was well managed. They have everything you need, just show up with some bathing suits and you ready to go.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The golf villa was perfect for an extended weekend with a gorgeous view of the sunset and ocean every night. Very clean and well stocked with everything you would need for meal prep and dining in. A really nice touch was having high quality Tommy Bahama beach chairs (4), umbrella and cooler for enjoying the beach. MyPerfectStays was a great host who effectively communicated at each step of the process and made the rental experience stress-free.
