Papakea E407 is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo featuring amenities such as a washer/dryer, vaulted ceilings, and air-conditioning. Located on the fourth floor, this extensively remodeled condo can accommodate up to 10 guests with a California King bed in the master bedroom bedroom, a California King bed in the second bedroom, two Twin beds and a Queen bed in the loft-style third bedroom, and a Queen sleeper sofa in the main living area. Pricing is based on 6 guests. A $75 extra guest fee applies to any guests over 6. This fee (per person) is applied per day and paid as part of the reservation total.

On the main floor, retreat to the serene master bedroom with a California King-size bed. There is also a dedicated workspace and printer located in the master bedroom. The master ensuite bathroom is updated with granite countertops, bamboo cabinets, and a large walk-in shower with whale mosaic tile and a granite seat. Down the hall is the second bedroom which has a California King-size bed. The guest bathroom features granite counter tops, bamboo cabinets, and a walk-in shower with turtle mosaic tile work. Upstairs is the loft-style third bedroom with a two Twin-size beds and a Queen-size bed. Each bedroom has its own split A/C unit and ceiling fan. Pack light and take advantage of the unit's washer and dryer for added convenience.

The open-concept living room features Hawaiian-theme furniture, mango wood tile flooring, and a large flat-screen TV. A split A/C and ceiling fans are equipped in the living room to help stay cool. This unit also includes a travel crib and a baby bouncer chair. Unwind and dine al fresco on the private lanai with a high bar dining table for 4. Take in the view of the Pacific Ocean and the lush gardens. A dining table for 4 is equipped in the unit so you may enjoy the view from inside with large sliding doors and windows. The remodeled kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, bamboo cabinets, and full-size appliances. Ample counterspace makes meal prepping a breeze and provides additional seating for 4.

*** Notice of Property Plumbing Project:
- Papakea Resort is performing a property-wide extensive plumbing project and you may hear some noise during this time. Work in this unit begins April 18th, 2025, with an estimated completion for this unit projected on or around May 22nd, 2025.
- Standard work hours for this project will be from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday unless authorized for weekend work.
- Contractors will be present on the property to begin quieter preparatory tasks as early as 7:00 AM.
- To minimize possible disruption, louder tasks will not start before 10:00 AM.
- Dates are subject to change. Not all units will be affected at the same time.
- We have been notified that the project is pending completion around June 2026. We have decreased rates during these dates to compensate for any inconvenience. ***

It is located just North of the famous Ka'anapali Beach. Walk to nearby local shops, cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores. It is a quick drive to Whalers Village and many of Maui's top beaches like Kaanapali, Napili Bay, and Kapalua Bay. Parking is free for one vehicle; additional vehicles are $5/day. This fee is collected by the Resort's Front Desk staff upon arrival.

    We had a wonderful time on our family girls trip in this spacious condo. We used the beach chairs & umbrella & the kitchen had everything we needed to cook some of our meals & make coffee. Great views, a short walk to the beach, coffee shops & restaurants. We enjoyed the hot tub & pool. The check in & out was easy & the staff were friendly & helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

    This place had such a great view, relaxing vibe, and location was convenient. Loved loved loved the views. Pool, hot tub, and grills are great. Communication with property management was great. Check in was a breeze. I would recommend the owner do a deep clean of the condo. When laying in bed you can see a layer of dust on the walls. I imagine this could be an issue with someone who has allergies. Overall the condo was clean but really needs a deep clean especially in those areas that you don’t clean on a regular basis.

    Yeah You! I am always on the fence when it comes to booking places based off pictures, but this place worked out great for us. Unit is looked to be upgraded to modern look, the view is nice from the balcony, Although it doesn't have a private beach, it does have water front access with great beaches within 5-10 minutes driving each direction. The unit was very clean, has great water pressure and plenty of hot water for showers. The AC units kept the unit comfortable the entire stay. The unit has just about every pot and pan needed for cooking, which we did every day, eating out in Maui is really pricey for a family of 5, but just note, the pans are a little dated and not the easiest to cook on, I would recommend the owner upgrading some of the frying pans to non stick. Another note: Stop at Walmart or Target for groceries, you will save a a lot of money, the local stores are inflated! The unit has snorkel gear, boogie boards, and other fun beach items. The TV's are a bit tricky to use, but the instructions are detailed so this helped. I would recommend day passes at the Westin for a day or so, this will give you access to many activities and beaches as well as black rock you can jump off of. As far as public beaches, go to Fleming beach, it's very close with a lot of sea life, boogie boarding and not too crowded. Overall I would stay here again, we had a nice experience. Manawa Maikai!

    There isnt a bad view from anyones patio/ balcony! Beautiful unit and resort/ grounds / amenities and we used them all including pickleball, mini golf, pool, shuffleboard all while viewing the beautiful pacific ocean. Great for our adult and teen family of 8. Will stay agsin if

    First My Perfect Stays were very responsive to our question. This place offered all the amenities needed…beach chairs, towels, all kitchen tools, and plenty of soaps for dishes and laundry! The location was super although the beach is only accessible via the “sister” condo next door. The actual condo probably needs a good over haul cleaning, including probably new carpeting. Maui is a wonderful and relaxing island!! Mahalo!

    E407 has all the comforts of a fine home along with a resort that is in a class by itself. The view from the condo living room, lanai & master bedroom are fabulous ocean views. The split system HVAC allows each room to control its own temperatures plus the kitchen is stocked with all the necessities for any type of meals desired. Location, Location Location!!

    Papakea was everything and more! We loved our stay- from check in- which was super smooth and easy, to the 5 nights we stayed. The place was clean, quiet and exactly how it was posted online. There were basic necessities ( beach towels, chairs, 2 coolers, umbrellas, salt , pepper, laundry pods that were available for our use) the amenities were great/ we loved the pool and jacuzzi right by the water. We spent our nights on the lawn chairs watching the sunset. We will be back papakea!

    My family of four and my dad loved Papakea and our condo on the 4th floor! The accommodations were very nice, well kept place. The beds were super cozy, nice updated bathrooms, and the kitchen was well-stocked with all the utensils and necessities we needed. We especially enjoyed our coffee and cocktails on the balcony with that million-dollar view! Very nice pools, and hot tub at the end of the day. The grounds are stunning and so well-maintained. We would absolutely return to this resort. It was hard to say goodbye.
