Fully updated condo with new open concept kitchen featuring stone counters, kitchen bar, stainless steel appliances, plantation style custom solid wood cabinetry and modern task lighting. Luxurious tiled bathroom also has new plantation cabinets and lighting, tiled counters, and a fully tiled walk-in shower with bench. The condo has been newly decorated with classic Hawaiian interiors and furniture. The living room includes a brand new queen-size sleeper sofa and the master bedroom has a newcal king sized bed.

Condo #49 is on the second (top) floor, and is an end unit allowing for three walls of louvered windows to let in the Hawaiian sunshine and breezes. It is located in building 9 which is close to the beach (a 2 minute walk) and far from the main road, which makes this unit quiet and convenient. You can't get closer to the beach than this without paying for an ocean view. Resort laundry facilities are just a short walk from the front door.

Our condo has a magnificent garden view. The private balcony looks out over the green lawns, twin bridges and brightly colored gardens, and is a perfect place for enjoying the pleasant breezes and radiant sunsets.

The unit includes cable TV, a new flat screen TV, free wireless internet connectivity and a bluetooth speaker that easily connects to your devices. Our guests have full access to the pool, tennis courts and extensive health club facilities at the Poipu Beach Athletic Club adjacent to Kiahuna Plantation Resort.'

Kauai
Known as “The Garden Island”, Kauai is the oldest of the five major Hawaiian Islands and is unique in its diversity. The island is 33 miles long by 25 miles wide and is sheltered by Hawaii’s biggest reef. Over 680 exotic species of fish can be seen while enjoying the warm Pacific Ocean or when exploring the Wailua, Hawaii’s largest body of freshwater and longest river. Other spectacular sites include the magnificent Napali Coast and the Waimea Canyon (the “Grand Canyon of the Pacific'). Kauai has maintained its friendly and slow-paced rural lifestyle and has preserved its many gems including hidden gardens, untouched tropical forests and uncrowded golden sand beaches.

Other things to note:
There is a 18.712% Hawaii tax (Hawaii General Excise and Transient Accommodation Taxes) applied to the nightly rental rate and check out cleaning fee.

CHECK OUT and CLEANING FEES:
A one-time check-out cleaning fee of $277 will be applied to all bookings.

Additional cleaning services can be scheduled at the time of check-in for additional fees and will be paid directly to Castle Resorts at time of check out.

MINIMUM STAY:
A minimum stay of 7 nights is required from the December holiday period through March. For the remainder of the year the minimum stay is 5 nights. If you would like to book a shorter stay than the minimum, please contact us directly for availability. Higher rates may apply.

EXTRA CHARGES:
Total occupants, including children, cannot exceed a maximum of 4 people in the confirmed room.

The property offers aero beds or futons and at a rate of $21/night or $88/week plus tax. Pack N' Play's require a $20 on-time fee plus tax. Any additional beds are subject to availability.

    Pros: Quiet unit, host communicated with us prior to our check-in well, access to Poipu Beach Athletic Club was nice. Convenient access to beach.Cons: Unit could use a deep cleaning. Areas including the carpets, bathroom/kitchen sinks and counters, refrigerator needed to be cleaned much better.

    Location and proximity to the beach is perfect! The athletic club is walkable as are multiple restaurants and breakfast spots. The condo is clean and well cared for!

    We rented 3 condos. We stayed in this one and our adult sons and their wives and kids (ages 1 and almost n 3) stayed in the others. This condo was perfect. Location is a short walk across the grass area to reach the beach and right next to the entrance to walk 7 minutes to the beach where the turtles come up at sunset to sleep at night. This unit does not have air conditioning but is a corner unit with the perfect cross breeze to stay cool all the time. IT also has a closet full of beach chairs, noodles, sand toys and a boogie board. The owners make it very welcoming. It is a short walk to a highly rated organic coffee/chia bowls/smoothies, breakfast/lunch place and a bit longer walk to shopping. We would stay here again.

    What a beautiful, comforting, and cozy hale this is! The location is wonderful: the view from the lanai overlooks the perfectly manicured lawn and gardens, yet the trees that surround it offer beauty and privacy. The kitchen is fully stocked with every appliance and utensil needed for easy home cooking. Comfortable island-style furniture is not only visually pleasing, it also provides a space of relaxation while enjoying the trade winds flowing through. Excellent communication with the owners. They are very gracious hosts. We are grateful for the privilege of staying at such a delightful unit on our most favorite island in our most favorite region: the magical Koloa and Poipu. I highly recommend booking with this sweet family! We would love to return to this haven. Mahalo nui loa for everything!
