Canyon Lodge is one of the three main lodges at Mammoth Mountain with ski in/out access, restaurants, rentals, etc. What's special about Canyon Lodge is the Village Gondola. Once you reach the lodge, you can jump on the Gondola for free which takes you to The Village at Mammoth Lakes. Here you can shop, eat, explore and have full access to the rest of the town by foot or free mammoth shuttles.
