    The stay, overall, was okay. We had everything we needed and the cosmetic updates in the house are lovely. It's also in a great location - centrally located and only a few minute drive to the Village. There were, however, some things functionally wrong with the house that made things less comfortable for us. There were multiple windows throughout the house that were unlocked when we arrived and then wouldn't lock fully when we tried. There was also one window in the upstairs bedroom that wouldn't close all the way (thankfully we were visiting in the summer and the weather was nice but this would have been a big issue if it were winter), while another had the screen removed so it couldn't be opened at all (the screen was also just sitting in the closet, felt like something that should have been noticed and fixed before our arrival). The plumbing in the entire house wasn't great. The downstairs bathroom would run for 5 minutes after flushed and the water pressure/temp in both showers was pretty terrible. There was maybe a quarter of an inch difference between decent water pressure but scalding hot temperature and decent temperature but practically trickling water pressure. We were in town for a wedding and had 5 people trying to get ready and look decent throughout the weekend so not having a comfortable shower was a bit annoying. The beds were fine but the pillow situation was, objectively, not good. The pillows provided were clearly old and almost not even usable they were so flimsy and uncomfortable. No one in the house slept well with them. There were extras provided but they were all the same quality. At one point I piled up 3 pillows and still was uncomfortable. It just seems like a really simple and basic thing to provide decent pillows for people to sleep with. Lastly, the house could have been cleaner. There were areas of the house (that felt reachable for a cleaning crew) with significant cobweb buildup and there were quite a few stains on both the sheets and the carpet. There were also 3 very big holes in the ceiling up in the loft area. They didn't go through to the outside, but the wood beams and inner wall was exposed. Just seemed a bit strange. The only other thing I would note is that the walls of the house are VERY thin. The people sleeping downstairs could literally hear every time the people upstairs turned in bed and we could hear every footstep and door being closed from the unit next to us. But that's not totally unexpected in an older condo, so not the end of the world.

    Pros and Cons. Pros - communication was clear. Location was great. Ease of grabbing shuttle to eagle lodge was good. Value was decent. Cons- Showers were either freezing or scalding with not great water pressure. Everyone had bad allergies for whatever reason - antiquated heaters maybe full of dust? Rec room was bad - air hockey had no puck, pool table sticks were completely poor quality, ping pong table had no functioning balls.

    Nice and clean condo. Spacious for a larger group with all basic necessities. Location was central to grocery store, restaurants and lifts.

    My boys loved the foosball table in the upstairs area and was able to play it with their grandpa. Bed are all very comfortable. Great layout for a family of four or more. Use the community pool and spa which was great for the time of the year we went very clean and not crowded. Wonderful after a half day of skiing and then hiking. Kitchen is well equipped and was able to cook many meals with ease. Talked with the local property manager who was very welcoming. Would stay here again. Only mild negative per the wife is the shower pressure.
