Stayed Sep 30, 2022We’ve been coming to Maui for several years for my daughters Fall Break and this year was our very favorite! My family and I thought this condo was Amazing! It was beautiful, we’ll decorated, clean and in the perfect location. We saw sea turtles every single day and the private beach was amazing! We came home and immediately booked this room for next falls trip! Thank you so much for a beautiful week!

Stayed Aug 29, 2022We have stayed at Kahana Sunset several times in the past. Our stay this year was particularly wonderful as we were introducing new family members to a prized location. In spite of construction on the last 3 days we had a great time. We will return again!

Reviewer Comments: We started going to Sullivan property's back in about 2004 have had great service and wonderful communication with the staff. I dealt with Erin mostly until he retired, And since then Kari has been my go to person for everything KAHANA SUNSET. Kari is five+ stars in my book, and I have passed her name along to over a dozen times to potential guests. Our stay from May 5 to May 22 of 2022 once again was great. If we have had any issues with our accommodations at KAHANA KAHANA SUNSET, Sullivan properties, Kari, Kelly, Steve and the entire staff have taken care of them with efficiency and professionalism.Thank you for the wonderful service and I will continue to pass along Sullivan properties – might go to contact for any accommodations in MauiJeff Jensen B5B

Stayed Jun 1, 2022Great quiet bay to swim and play in. A couple groups of screaming kids having fun. A bit disappointing since we are empty nesters. But generally a very enjoyable stay. Great property and well maintained.

Two comments: the lanai furniture was filthy and the light was burned out. I called Sullivan Properties to change the light bulb but no one ever came. Accordingly, I could not enjoy dinner on my lanai. Also the bed and linens were old and very uncomfortable. If new linens were provided, it would help. T=

To wake up every morning and see this view was amazing! Unit is recently remodeled and very clean. One of the a/c units quit working but the repair people were out promply to fix it. I was so impressed with how beautiful the grounds and pool were. Kahana Sunset is a great location away from the big resorts but close enough to visit Kaanapali or Lahaina with just a short drive. All in all it couldn't have been a better dream Maui vacation. I would highly recommend staying here and plan to again.

Reviewer Comments: I have been going to Kahana Sunset since the 1970s, and have been using Sullivan Properties (Kari), for over 15 years. Its has been my family's Maui vacation home for a long time. It's comforting to know that Kari has always been there in case there were any issue. Over the years we have recommended over a dozen friends, and will continue to do so in the future. I WILL BE BACK
