This recently remodeled two bedroom, two bath condominium sits directly on the free town of Vail shuttle route just minutes from Vail Mountain. You can also walk into the Villages with only a 15 minute walk using the pedestrian bridge, dropping you into Lionshead. Dunk into the warm pool and hot tub located just steps from the property after a long day on the slopes!! [The heated pool and hot tubs are year round, sometimes close in May and October, for the off season.] We do offer monthly rates, if interested please inquire. This is a great central location for a monthly summer stay, AC is not needed here, the condo stays cool in the hot summer months. The condo is also equipped with a full size washer and dryer, flat screen TVs in each room, and high speed WiFi. There is a crockpot, coffee maker and Aero Press and a coffee grinder along with all the kitchen essentials. There is also access to the fitness room next to the pool.

    The property is updated very nicely inside and had cute decor. It had a decent amount of space with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a full kitchen. It is very close to the bus stop which is just across the street. The fireplace is easy to work and helps with ambiance and heat. The garage space is great for the weather and snow. What we didn’t like is the heat doesn’t work well at all and it was in the single digits when we were there. The space heaters help but are small and can’t heat all of the rooms, of course. It needs at least some more blankets for the couches which are nice but leather and cold. It is in need of better lighting as it’s really dark in the condo and hardly can read. The windows could use some privacy sheer curtains because the stairs are right there and people can see right inside. The bathroom needs one too for privacy as it’s on the ground level. The view is not great of the other building but a tiny bit of the mountain across the street shows. The worst thing was the noise. The people upstairs came at all hours of the night and literally kept us up with their walking. It was so loud, we slept poorly almost every night. Everytime they got up you heard stomping and creaking. The property management has terrible communication and I didn’t get a response at all the entire time we were there. I called several times and their voicemail would cut me off each time. Overall, it has what you need, in theory, but I wouldn't stay here again.

    The residence was perfect for our five night stay in Vail. The check in/out process was very easy and convenient. The property manager was helpful and quick to respond via email. We loved staying here and hope to come back in the future!

    The property and amenities were not as described on Vrbo listing. We found out on arrival that the pool and hot tub were under construction the 2025 summer. The Vrbo listing has now been changed after we complained to the management company. We also had to request new drapes to replace disintegrating ones a to remove filthy bathroom mats. The property has had some upgrade renovations but needs additional work. Parking is an issue with the pool construction and seasonal work crews.

    Not what we've come to expect from this or competing site. Trash left in one of the chairs and under another chair. The signs say to leave shoes at the door, but my kids feet were still black from walking around barefoot for about 1 hr inside. The first glass I pulled out form the cabinet was dirty (the rest were fine). Dishwasher didn't work, and we had to flip breakers to finally get it going. Master shower had a catch drain over it. Water backed up in the shower, and when we removed it (it just sat over the drain) the drain below was disgusting and clogged. Clock on the wall doesn't even work. No soap dishes in bathrooms, so soap made a huge mess on the counter. Dining room table is barley higher than the chairs, so it's really uncomfortable to eat at. Windows were all unlocked upon arrival. The breaking point came when I almost fell into the bed when I sat in the middle at the foot of the queen bed. I felt under it, and there was nothing there... no support! Thankfully there was another bed I put my kiddo in. King was the same. There was no fitted sheet, only a flat sheet, and it was too small to tuck in, so it wouldn't stay put. We pulled the mattress off and rearranged slats to support the bed. We notified them, asked for a fitted sheet. They did offer to come look at it, but we didn't want someone there while we were not there. They said resorts no longer use flat sheet... but it's not at a resort! Will never stay with this company again!

    The stay went very well. Also stayed at the same place last year. Some improvements, spices, knife quality, and knife sharpener. Only issue is no working light on balcony.

    The best part of this condo was the short walk to the shuttle stop. From there it was a quick ride to the Vail Transportation Center. If you aren't carrying skis, it is also a nice 15 minute walk to Lionshead.
