This home does not have air conditioning however it typically remains comfortable due to the higher elevation and fans that are available for your use.

HOUSE RULES
A. Guest is responsible for all occupants of the home and must require that all rules herein, as well as the within the Guest Rental Agreement, are followed.
B. No one under the age of twenty-five (25) shall rent this property. All children must be under direct adult supervision at all times.
C. It may be requested that Guest take trash to the curb on the scheduled day(s) of trash removal, and not before, per the Guest Guide located within the Property.
D. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM daily. Quiet hours consist of no music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents.
E. Additional persons above the maximum occupancy of the home may NOT stay overnight at the Property.
F. Guest is responsible for any fine and/or violation that is imposed on the Homeowner due to the negligence of any person permitted on the Property by Guest.
G. Guest agrees not to use the Property for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to, the sale, use or possession of illegal drugs on or around the Property.
H. Absolutely no hazardous materials are permitted to be in or around the Property at any time.
I. The burning of candles is not permitted within the Property, with the exception of birthday candles.
J. Under no circumstances may a stove, oven or range be used as a source of heat. All appliances are to be used only for their intended purpose.
K. Charcoal and Gas Barbecue grills may not be used inside any structure located on the Property.
L. Guest may not bring a grill (of any type) or fire pit for use on the premises.
M. Tents or other structures may not be erected on the Property without written approval.
N. Commercial photography or filming is not permitted on the Property.
O. All windows and doors must remain closed during inclement weather.
P. Guest shall notify Manager of any pest control problems.
Q. The use of any provided swimming pool or hot tub is at Guest`s own risk. Guest further understands that any interruption of use will not alter or change any of the terms of this Agreement.
R. Guest may not block the fire escape at any time.
S. The Homeowner does not permit gatherings at the Property. A disturbance caused by Guest or any person permitted on the Property during Guest`s stay which results in any police action or complaints from neighbors is considered sufficient cause for immediate termination of this Agreement with immediate eviction and forfeiture of all monies paid as permitted by law.
T. No towels or linens shall be taken from the Property. A cleaning fee is automatically added and charged for each confirmed reservation. Guest is expected to leave the Property in a neat and orderly condition. An additional cleaning fee may apply if excessive cleaning or trash removal is required upon Guest`s departure.
U. A mandatory damage protection policy fee for third-party accidental rental damage insurance will be automatically charged to each booking. Should the assessed damages and or the amount of missing items, exceed the maximum limits of the insurance policy, Guest shall be held responsible to pay for the deficiency.

    This is a worn out older complex and the overall impression it leaves one with is that these people are not trying very hard. To be fair, the kitchen has been updated and is nice, however, the microwave takes two hands to open, there isn't a screen on the window in the kitchen so you can't leave it open and there is a sign that says don't move the rug in the hallway because the floor is damaged. The small back stoop would be a great place to sit but it only has two small metal folding chairs that are ill suited for the purpose since they are not on a base that doesn't fall through the cracks. Again, to be fair, the bathrooms are updated and small but functional with decent water pressure. But, the sink drains slow because no one has bothered to spend 15 minutes fixing that. We had a nice time, it is a nice place to be and wake up with a lovely private feeling because you are looking out on the huge open area and you can walk out of your back door and be on a beautiful easy trail in 30 yards. The people are the problem, not the place.

    We had a great few days skiing in the area. The condo was centrally located so that we could access a few ski resorts. Just what we wanted.

    Everything was great, clean and as expected. Check in and our process was clear and easy to follow. The beds were a little firm and could be a bit more forgiving by using a topper.

    Nice location with new bathrooms and kitchen. The beds were very old and were not Queen mattresses as advertised. Dresser stroage could be improved. The pool and hot tub also peaked in 1988. Convenient to visit the slopes but probably looking elsewhere next time.

    The location is great and the layout of the condo is nice for families. However, there are some key issues that you should be aware of before renting this condo. 1.The condo is ill-equipped to cook for a family. The kitchen does not have enough plates and pots/pans to cook adequately. 2. The condo did not adequate cleaning supplies: It did not have enough trash bags, no hand soap, limited dish soap, and used sponges. I don't think guests should have to supply those items 3. The first night, there were mechanical noises that sounded like a sliding door making it almost impossible to sleep. I emailed the property managers who wanted me to record the sound in the middle of the night?!? Mechanical sounds continued throughout our stay but not as bad as the first night. 4. Beds are memory foam...so if you do not like this type of mattress, be warned. 5. Dirty towels were left in the one bathroom and it was obvious that the floor was not vacuumed. Sheets did not appear to be cleaned in the one bedroom. I called the property manager and was told that the room was cleaned; no offer to come and replace sheets or pick up the dirty towels. 7. Then, the last night we had no hot water; after reaching out to the management company they just said we are aware of it and hope to have it fixed by the next morning. I understand that problems happen, but it was just frustrating. 8. No covered parking; this was disclosed but keep this in mind if you don't want to clean your car.

    Clean and easy access. Lots of very strange noises all night every night. Sounds like a sliding closet door. Kitchen was a little sparse for dishes. Living room furniture had to be from IKEA. Not very comfortable. Welcome gift chocolates were awesome. Hot tub was a cesspool. Maintenance needed.
