Remodeled bungalow style condo, Oceanfront resort

The property was beautiful and our condo was even better than we expected. We wished we had more than one towel each for the week however.

Great amenities, great location, easy check in/out and sandy beach with clear water perfect for swimming.

We loved this condo. Clean and tastefully updated with lots of thoughtful details like a well stocked kitchen that had everything we needed to cook a few meals at home, beach chairs, a small cooler, etc. Bed was comfortable with nice linens and towels. It was in a great location at MKV with a nice partial ocean view from the lanai. The two pools were lovely and it was nice to have a grassy area on the lawn where you could relax on loungers and jump in the pool or ocean steps away. We didn't need much, but the host was easy to reach via text the few times we did need to reach out. We would love to stay here again.

Roaches all over the kitchen and downstairs bathroom. Couldn’t cook food as roaches were all in the drawers and cabinets (all over cooking utensils). There was even roaches in the dishwasher. Wife wanted to leave but couldn’t find another spot to go. Sense wife was unhappy, made for a not so fun stay. Had to eat out everyday (very costly). Property Management just wanted to come over and see. I would have thought they would have placed us somewhere else.

Stayed at the end of Oct. 2024 and it was fantastic. Property was clean and well appointed. The layout with the bed and half-bath upstairs works out nicely. Enjoyed the resort amenities - gym, used the grill, pool, beach towel exchange, and even played shuffle board. Water temp was 80-81F; love Maui.

The location is ideal, right at a very calm beach with great snorkeling, the unit is very well equipped and comfortable and has a lovely view of the sea.

I had no warning nor follow up on multiple requests for communication about the air conditioning being broken. I walked into a boiling hot room with afternoon sun. I had to use box fans rotated throughout the day to keep it cool enough to sleep at night. The 2 of 3 vents by the front door were broken, limiting my ability to ventilate. The stopper on the front door didn’t work so I couldn’t get cool air in that way. The layout, kitchen, view and balcony were great. Just should have had a response or been given a discount for my stay.

Loved staying here. A little warm w/o AC but if that was working this would be an absolutely great unit! Certainly hope to stay in it again! Thank you!

We had such a great stay here! This rental was clean, cute, and perfect for our honeymoon. It was so nice to be so close to the beach as well, and we actually had an ocean view from our patio. We would for sure stay here again!

We absolutely loved every part of our stay at C253 MKV.This magical slice of Maui has been our family's beloved adventure spot for years. We've stayed in many different units at MKV, and this one has become our most very FAVORITE!! The unit offers gorgeous views, cozy spaces, and a thoughtfully equipped kitchen. We were provided everything we needed to relax and enjoy Maui to the fullest! The staff at Myperfectstays were responsive, kind, and amazingly helpful with anything we needed. It was clear from the minute we stepped in the door, that the owners take loving care of this special unit. We feel incredibly grateful that our family was able to enjoy such a peaceful, fun, and inspiring time there. We felt at home and at peace each day. This was a very nicely appointed condo with the bedroom upstairs in a loft. It has terrific furniture, decor and a peek-a-boo view of the ocean. The MKV property is also great and there's a pool & hot tub near the room. The Castaway Restaurant is great for breakfast and lunch (we didn't have an opportunity to try dinner) and the beach is unbeatable! Big kudos to My Perfect Stays for arranging our last minute extended stay. Annette is amazing and really embodied customer service to perfection!
