To Reserve The Condo, We Take A $400.00 Deposit And The Balance Is Due 30 Days Prior To Your Arrival.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit.  If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit.  If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

    We always enjoy staying at Kamaole Sands. It is a beautiful property. The unit is pleasantly updated and the kitchen is well stocked for cooking. We will be back next year.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Renting through PMI Maui was easy. The pictures and description of the condo were right on. Having a keypad meant one less key to worry about. Assigned parking as well as a designated car wash area. Easy access to Kamaole Beach Park III. Walking distance to several places to eat. Great location, short drive north to Lahania or south to Wailea. We loved the fish at Paia Fish Market South Side and the food trucks near there especially Kihei Fish House by Maui Grill. Although we did not use the pool or the BBQ grills, many people did. There is a Foodland grocery store nearby as well as an ABC store for some grab-and-go items. We look forward to coming bak soon!!

    Just across the street from Kam 3 Beach. This is a favorite resort of ours due to location. First time in this condo. Beach chairs, umbrella, boards & towels included! We had a very nice 2 week stay.

    We had a really great stay at this property and the location was very convenient. The accommodations were updated with a well-stocked kitchen. Beach chairs and umbrella were in great condition. Both air conditioners worked well. The wifi was mostly good but we sometimes lost signal in the bedroom.

    Friendly complex. Well stocked. Neat and clean. What could be better? I give the bed a 7 out of 10. Not the worst but a little more could go into a higher quality. Air conditioning. Somewhat marginal. Our friends stayed in a split A/C system/unit and it was amazing. 3-305 has a wall a/c for the living room and it manages, but the bedroom has portable a/c which is not up to speed? How is that you ask. I use them in my large master bedroom in California. This unit has the least expensive home depot a/c that is about $340 all in. It is excessively loud which makes sleeping difficult for me. I started wearing ear plugs. In my personal home I have a unit that I paid about $650 for (Costco) and it is very quite a makes a world of difference. The small unit can't handle the humidity that well. I wonder if the have a different unit in the owner's closet for when they stay. But for that it would be a 10/10.

The condo was very clean, well equipped, and the entire complex is very well maintained. We really appreciate all the beach gear that is provided for guests. The location is excellent - across the street from the beach and the small marina is very close for boat excursions. The pool area is nice and the grounds are great for families with kids. We really like dealing with PMI Maui for booking the condo. They are well organized and they don't charge exorbitant service fees or require full payment at the time of booking (unless it is only 30 days before the rental date). We have recommended PMI Maui and Kamaole Sands condos to our friends and family and we will definitely be returning.
