This condo is perfect for a family stay. The condo is exactly as the pictures show. The beds are all very comfortable and plenty of space for everyone. Very well stocked with all things needed for the beach stay. The host is amazing with communication and very helpful with anything and everything you can think of. Very easy access to the beach and close to many great restaurants in the area! Cannot recommend enough, my family and I will be back to stay here again !!

Our family enjoyed our stay in Renee’s condo for the week! All the beds were extremely comfortable, and the rest of the condo had everything we needed as well. Renee, the owner, was excellent at communicating with me promptly and very kind. The condo building itself was nice, we really enjoyed the pool and very short walk to the beach. Elevators were a little slow, but we’ve come across that at several other condos. The parking deck was very nice to be able to park on the third level and walk to the condo, rather than having to park on the ground floor like most condos have you do. If we come back to this area of Florida I would try to stay here again!

Great property with impressive view. Enjoyed having the oversized balcony. Host has best customer service and pays attention to every detail even leaving us fresh pastries and cookies at check in. We had a minor issue and it was resolved with ease and urgency. Would highly recommend this unit. Our family of 8 had plenty of room and everyone enjoyed their stay.

Renea was AMAZING and covered all the details from hand soap along with shampoo and conditioner in every bathroom! We had absolutely everything we needed in the kitchen! The beds were so comfortable and there was plenty of room for everyone! We will definitely be back!

The condo was amazing! It had everything from what you need in a place to stay, a beautiful view with a very large balcony and easy beach access. The location is perfect for family beach time, a short walk or drive to shops, restaurants or even a grocery store. Our group of 10 that included parents, grandparents, young adults, teenagers and a toddler all lived comfortably all week long! We had a wonderful time and will definitely look to stay here on our next trip down.

Very clean and had everything we needed. Even had bakery items when we arrived. Being able to park in the parking garage on the same floor is an added bonus. Pool was very large and clean. Mater bath was quite large with 2 vanities and spacious shower. Would love to come back.

The property was very spacious, each 3 bedrooms have king beds. The living room and master bedroom had huge glass doors overlooking the beach and the ocean and what spectacular view it is! The balcony had plenty of space for all of us to step outside and take in the scenery. Kitchen had just about every updated appliance and kitchenware you could think of! Renee was very kind and super helpful with additional information about the property andFort Walton.The Beach was like walking on soft powder with clear ocean waters! Seen dolphins every morning! The unit comes with Beach service so your chairs and umbrellas are set up and ready for you! Thank you Renee! You have a beautiful place and thanks for being so helpful! We will be back!

We love this property and this condo was perfect! It slept 7 comfortably, the kitchen and linens were well stocked, the entire place was clean, and the owners were so kind making sure we had everything we needed. We look forward to another visit soon!

This condo is very roomy and clean. It has a wonderful view of the ocean and all the amenities are updated and modern. The owner is amazing as she answered all our questions and even left us some bakery items on arrival. The pool is very spacious and never overly crowded. The beach access was right beside pool and a very short distance to the water. Loved everything!!

My family of 4 (kids 2 and 5) plus my parents stayed in this condo and thoroughly had a great week! I love that this is 3 actual bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It gave everyone a space and didn’t make us feel over crowded. Talking to the owners was so easy. They were quick to respond whether it was a simple question about the room before we arrived or asking for a recommendation. We look forward to booking this room again and enjoying the beach!

over my many years of visiting the Destin area this condo is by far one of the cleanest and nicest places that We have ever stayed. Super nice host that is very accommodating and great to work with. Highly Recommend!!
