Remodeled-2,121 Sq. foot - (3) Bedroom/(3)Bath -Two Story - Duna La Quinta Condo

Great location close to Old Town. Michael gave us a very thorough introduction to the property. The property was Very clean. The kitchen is well appointed for foodies who like to cook. Not the first time we rented this place and it won’t be the last.

Stayed February 2024 and had a wonderful month. This condo is well equipped and is true to its pictures. The location is excellent and all the residents we met were very friendly. Old Towne LaQuinta and local restaurants are walkable. We would happily return to this location.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this house. The location is close to Old Town La Quinta, The Resort & Spa and multiple golf courses. The communication was excellent and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots and pans so that cooking was easy. The house was very clean and organized. We would definitely go back.

The entire stay was wonderful. Michael (prop. mgr.) met us at the townhome for check-in and gave us a very thorough tour, which was great. He was easy to contact and very responsive. The townhome was by far the best stocked place we have stayed at in the Palm Springs area - it had everything, and extras of a lot of stuff. The view was marvelous - we will miss that the most. Always enjoyed having an adult beverage on the patio, watching the golfers and viewing a beautiful golf course.

This home is truly a hidden gem here in the desert. I needed a transitional home while relocating here and was fortunate to find such a perfect fit within walking distance to my new abode. Michael is thoughtful, kind and attentive; precisely what you want in a vacation rental experience. My family will be happy to stay here while visiting as well! The condo is very spacious, bright, well appointed and ever so comfy/cozy… Thank you again. So happy to have this in my favorites; a place for family and friends when they visit and need plenty of room!

Michael was extremely easy to work with from check in to check out. The condo was in great condition and had many supplies to use. The location was perfect, close to downtown LaQuinta and golf course views from the patio. We would definitely stay at this condo again

Thanks Michael, you made as feel at home from the beginning g of our stay. Your condo was a s clean as any place we have ever rented. We cook most of our own meals and the kitchen had almost everything we needed. When we did not cook the restaurants of Old Town La Quinta are only a 15 minute walk away. We would stay here again. We enjoyed our stay. The home has lots of room and well stocked with paper supplies and cleaners. The kitchen was well equipped and the furniture was very comfortable. The view of the golf course was beautiful with picturesque mountains in the background. The nearest swimming pool was a bit of a walk but do-able.
