The Space:

Your 4BR/3.5BA newly upgraded tri-level Bear Hollow townhome has a bonus room and spectacular views of the valley and The Canyons Ski Resort.

As soon as you walk in, you’ll be taken with the beautiful, spacious living area. Relax on the plush couch or one of the lounge chairs while you enjoy the ambience of the gas fireplace. Watch favorite shows on the 55' 4K TV. The high ceilings and huge windows add natural light to an already gorgeous room.

You'll feel at home in the gourmet, fully-stocked kitchen just a few steps up from the living area. Granite countertops and new (in 2025) state-of-the-art appliances might even convince you to stay in!

The open concept makes it easy for chefs to socialize with guests in the dining area that seats eight. Two more can sit at the bar. For little guests, there is a highchair, Graco collapsible crib, and kids table in the kitchen closet under the stairs.

Upstairs, you’ll find the primary bedroom with a king-size bedroom set, 49' 4K TV, and an en-suite bathroom. This bathroom has a walk-in shower, luxurious bathtub, and double vanity.

Down the hall is the guest bedroom, complete with a queen-size bedroom set and 43' 4K TV. The other guest bedroom upstairs has full-over-full bunk beds. These two rooms share a bathroom just outside their doors that boasts a tub/shower combination.

Downstairs, you’ll find the bonus room with a queen-size bed, 43' 4K TV, and an en-suite bathroom.

Upgraded amenities and decor throughout the townhome include stainless steel pots and pans, as well as premium bedding and down comforters. The central air conditioning ensures your comfort year-around. All TVs are equipped with streaming media players, allowing easy connection to your Netflix, Prime, Hulu or other accounts and high-speed WiFi is available throughout the home.

Outside, you’ll love relaxing on the covered deck, which has a gas grill, hot tub, and spectacular views. Attention winter enthusiasts: when your day is complete, store up to 16 pairs of skis or snowboards on the purpose-built racks in the private two-car garage. Included in the garage is a 32A Level 2 EV charger plus a 240V, 50A (NEMA14-50) outlet for charging a second EV. The complex also has a heated shared pool (open seasonally) and a clubhouse.

    House was nice with enough space for our family. Good location for going into town, the outlets, or things we wanted to do. Pillows were flat and not fluffy. Toilet paper could have been better than one ply for the amount paid for rental. Soap/shampoo, etc. was hard to get out of pump dispensers. Just had to press real hard. Communication wasn’t totally clear. One said to start the towels when leaving, but in checkout email said nothing about that so wasn’t sure if you were supposed to or not. Overall good.

    We love to do mini vacations close by and Park City is our favorite. We were looking for a place to get away to with friends and family that would allow for relaxation, a little work, and fun. We enjoyed the hot tub, grilling on the deck, watching movies and many laughs in this home. We will definitely recommend to friends and hope to stay at this same home again in the future. The Vacasa staff were excellent to work with at check in and when leaving an item behind. They contacted me right away and we were able to pick up the item and save time from shipping.

    Great location and well equipped home. The accommodation was very comfortable. The cleaning t eam hadn't washed the bedcovers in one of the bedrooms and the BBQ was dirty. It otherwise would've been a 5 star stay!

    Seven of my family members stayed at this condo for a family gathering in Park city. I found the description of the property to be very accurate. We had no issues with cleanliness and found the condo to be very comfortable. I had a small issue with accessing the property due to the key code, not operating properly, but when I reached out to the management company, they were very prompt to respond. I would definitely recommend this condo to any family member that was looking to stay in Park city. If you go be sure to visit the Olympic Village, which sits right behind the subversion. Our family spent close to two hours in the museum there and found it very interesting.
