The condo itself was a little small for 4 people (2 adults and 2 kids) but we made it work and again, the location made it 100% worth it. The property was quiet, safe and clean. Check in/out process was a breeze. Would stay there again in the future.

Nice place with easy close beach access. Plenty of restaurants near by (walking distance). Having the beach cart/wagon at the unit made it great for getting the beach chairs and umbrella, both included, to the beach. The beach chairs are a bit worn and not sure they will last all season—but very nice to have had them during our visit. Would definitely go back.

Great location, everything worked well, building amenities great, loved the lanai, decor a little dated, bed smaller than advertized

Overall our stay was very satisfactory with a few suggestions for improvement. Add a stack washer/ dryer unitThe beach chairs need to be replaced. They were moldy , frayed, and in poor shape. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location cannot be beat. Even with two young kids, we were able to pop across the street to the beach with ease, which is the primary reason we chose the rental. We were disappointed, however, with the condition of the condo. When we arrived, we had to address various dead bugs, for example. The condo could use some refreshing, such as fresh paint, cleaned grout, etc. It wasn’t necessarily filthy, but it was disappointing given the price point. There also were ants in the kitchen. Finally, we were disappointed in the tenor of communications we received. While we understand the necessity of informing guests about various ordinances and rules (e.g., noise, turtle season), we were disappointed that the messaging was rather terse and authoritative rather than inviting and informative. As an example, the notice about the kitchen “being inventoried” and guests will be billed if a single spoon is missing, is that necessary? And to that point, it would be great if the condo could provide more in its “starter set” depending on the length of the guests’ stay. A single trash bag? If we have more trash, that means we need to go to the store to buy an entire box of trash bags just to use one or two? Just generally it left a poor impression.

Pool is nicer than the pictures show. Great walkable location to restaurants too.
