This 800 sq ft condo was redecorated in 2013 with new furniture, appliances, fresh paint and new flooring in 2016! It is located on street level for your convenience. Parking and coin laundry facilities are in our secure parking garage downstairs. Two flat screen TVs, one DVD player, secure Wifi, and a wood fireplace. This warm and cozy condo is the perfect place for your vacation!

Stayed Nov 22, 2025Scott's communication was rapid and always helpful! The condo was immaculate, cozy, & comfortable, with an outstanding location. All of our needs were met, & the kitchen is well-supplied. We especially enjoyed walking the paths in the marshy pond area, right across the street. (There was no snow at thanksgiving this year.) We highly recommend this place!

Stayed Jul 24, 2025We loved our stay at this condo. It was a great location, an easy walk to Deer Valley Amphitheater, and the ponds across the street were nice as well. The condo was clean and well stocked, quiet and comfortable! Highly recommend.

Stayed Mar 18, 2025It was a good place for a family. 2 in the king bed and 2 on the pullout does work and is snug. Works well with the space provided. Walk to the lift is not bad. Underground garage parking is great!

Stayed Feb 11, 2025Location was exactly as advertised. Cleand and fantastic location if you want to ski Deer Valley or watch the freestyle competitions. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Jan 28, 2025I liked the 1 bedroom 1.5 bath unit with underground garage access. Hosts did attempt to provide everything. There were alot of towels,with face towels which I appreciated. The coffee provided was very good though could have used another one. My partner drinks strong black English tea but they did not have that. The heating system was very loud and woke us up. Perhaps some insulation would help?

Stayed Jan 22, 2025Wow! What a perfect venue to enjoy the beautiful Deer Valley! So close to the mountain and the shuttle to go downtown right at the door. The place is beautiful, practical, big enough for a family for sure. Will come back ! :)

Stayed Jan 10, 2025This place was absolutely perfect if you are skiing at Deer Valley. You can walk to the lodge and your car is safely tucked away out of the snow in the underground garage. A short drive to downtown Park City. Amenities are great. An easy, comfy stay.

Stayed Jun 17, 2024We stayed 2 months plus. Parking was easy and we were able to enter without stairs. Kitchen was adequately stocked with cookware etc. Linens were ample. Manager/host were v responsive.
