Beautifully remodeled with coastal decor, a fully stocked kitchen, brand new SS appliances, 40” smart TVs in both bedrooms, and a 65” TV in living room. Dedicated desk for remote work. Child-friendly items included such as a pack n’ play and high chair for families. Coin-operated laundromat just down the stairs from unit and a compact washing machine in unit. South-facing balcony to enjoy some coffee with a view of the sunrise or wine with the sunset. Open concept living, dining and kitchen area. Pantry with a coffee nook.
