Stayed Nov 28, 2024Once again, Andrew at MIVP exceeded our expectations. Ginette and I stayed in an outstanding condo in SW Tower 3. Views, weather and amenities were all we could expect and much more. Property was very clean upon arrival and we didn’t miss anything. Unfortunately, construction work in the Tower, which was supposed to be done before our arrival, lasted for our entire stay, no fault to MIVP or the owners of the unit. Andrew and the owners were prompt to do everything within their power to make our journey enjoyable. At the end of the day, we had a great vacation. We strongly recommend MIVP and this condominium and are looking forward to going back to this beautiful place.

Stayed Jul 13, 2024The condo was decorated very well! The beach decor was throughout the condo. It is clear someone put thought and care into decorating and stocking the condo. Everything we needed and more was provided. There was a binder with menus and local attraction information. The expansive patio offered several different seating options. The pool was nice and refreshing. The walk to the Gulf was a trek but well worth it for the sunset views on the water. I would definitely visit and stay in this condo again and would recommend it to anyone looking to stay at Marco Island.

Reviewer Comments: Wonderful view from the 16th floor, but the beach is quite a long walk across the hot sand to get to the water.

Stayed Apr 17, 2024We had an amazing time on our much needed vacation! We love Marco Island and come every year! This property was our favorite and we will hopefully be able to book it again. The property manager was quick to respond to any of our questions. The views are beautiful! The condo had everything we needed and was very clean. It is a far walk to the beach but it was worth it!

This is our 4th stay at the resort and we've used different property rental groups each trip. This was our first experience with Marco Island Vacation Properties and we will definitely book thru them again. Easy communications from beginning to end and pickup/dropoff was effortless. Stayed Dec 31, 1969loved the place. Peaceful, well maintained. Nice walk to beach, pool is refreshing. Saw morning sunrise on winter solstice. View of beach, gulf is awesome. The condo had everything we needed, loved recliner!! Like to come back.
