Relaxing Beachblock Condo 3 Beds, 2 Baths, Sleeps 8

DESCRIPTION:
Our Condo is nestled right on Beach Block. It’s a half-block from JFK Beach Drive and the beach so it’s perfect for families, friends etc. who are looking for close access to the beach.

This 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit has a king bed in the master, a queen in bedroom #2 and twin beds in bedroom #3. In the family room there’s a sleeper sofa, so max occupancy is not more than 8. Walking outside to the deck, there are six chairs so you can sit back, relaxand enjoy the wonderful view. After a day at the beach rinse off with the outdoor shower to wash away the sand from your beach fun. If you aren't feeling up to going out to eat, you can use the grill and picnic benches in the backyard to cook up some lunch/dinner - this condo's grill is the Weber on the corner of the building.

**Week-long rentals encouraged!**

Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, Keurig, utensils, etc. The living room is an open concept with a big screen TV, cable, and Roku for streaming all of your favorite shows. All bedrooms have smart TV's so you can stream in any of the rooms. Please remember to log out of your account before the end of your stay.

Guests provide the linens, pillow cases, towels and toiletries. These are not provided.

Fireworks happen every Friday night, and at the end of the street you will find the path leading to the boardwalk. I would recommend for those early risers to set your alarm for 5:15 AM (yes AM!) it is well worth it, you will get to experience beautiful sunrises!
