Relaxing Beach Getaway

Well stocked and perfect location for our needs. Very comfortable beds.

The property was quiet and we were able to be secluded enough on our rear balcony to talk and enjoy views of our pool and tropical air!! The only thing needing attention is beach equipment -- it was sufficient but getting old and maybe add couple of spring floats to use at beach!! But we were able to enjoy the beach no matter -- the view and proximity to beach was excellent. Thanks to the owners as this property was really great for our use.

We absolutely loved staying here. We have been coming the island annually for many years and this was my favorite place we have stayed. The location is 10/10. Literally just a few steps from the beach. Has a great porch to eat lunch or have a drink. The house was clean and comfortable. It had most amenities you might need to cook breakfast and lunch. I will be staying here again. The host was very communicative and helpful.

This condo location and property is perfect in so many ways. Better than staying directly on the beach! I will bring my family for years to come.

Great place to stay

Property is well maintained, clean and overall, as advertised. A easy short walk to the beach and restaurants. 20 min to IMG. All appliances are updated and in good condition. Lovely place for a spring getaway

We loved the location of this property. Ocean view and a very short walk to the beach. Our boys loved the pool and the outdoor space was very tropical and beautiful.

Lovely stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Jo-El’s place and looking forward to coming back. Beds are comfortable and adjustable as well. We also enjoyed having dinner each night cooking on the charcoal grill and dinner on the shaded patio by the pool and then off to see to the sunset afterwards

Having all the other properties that were damaged by the hurricanes, most of them still needing repairs, we were really impressed that our building was in such good shape. Well done to the owners!!

Great on so many levels 1 Location 2 Privacy 3 Only 4 Units in Local 4 Pool Owner check in to insure everything was going well as expected .... Wonderfull Experience ...We will are ready to come back !!!

Nice, clean condo just across Gulf Drive from the beach. Good location, within walking distance to several nice restaurants.

You only needed to bring yourself! Utensils, pots, pans, oils, seasonings, aluminum foil, plates, bowls, you name it, it was there. Spotless Clean! Newer HVAC systems. Great communication with owners. Best view, greatest pool, high tech laundry and free! Even had detergent and softner. These folks made 1000% certain we were completely satisfied.

Place and location were great! Close to restaurants and area attractions. Beach right across the street.

Quiet and clean. Plenty of Parking. Conveniently located to restaurants and Publix was only about a mile away. Short walk to the beach.

Second year staying here. Place is perfect location and very quiet. We will be back next year!

Everything went great. Only problem we have was there wasnt an oven just a convection microwave which we've never encountered before and didnt know how to use!

Absolutely perfect

Enjoyed our trip, the place is directly across the beach which was nice. enjoyed the small area of the pool, nice to not be in area that's like a hotel. Had just a couple of things that needed fixed but the owners were right on it and took care of right away. Will visit again. Thank you
