If there are ever any issues the management company is on top of it and handles it right away.

Reviewer Comments: Ocean Air 30A is our favorite place to stay on the gulf, it is located on 30A in beautiful Seagrove Beach, Florida. Over the last 10 years we've stayed in two of the five units that are available, LW & LE. We love that we can just walk out and down the stairs to a private beach, and it has chair service. The owners and managers are great to work with and the units are super clean and safe. This year we arrived to find that the owners had completely renovated the units, all new fixtures, finishes, furniture and appliances, WOW is this place gorgeous! We've already booked for next year! I highly recommend Ocean Air 30A!

Reviewer Comments: You can not beat this location! we have been coming to this house for over 10 years and it did not disappoint. The renovations to the master bath look great and having the keyless entry was a nice improvement. Our only issue was that the one of the burners on the stove didn't work and we were missing a few kitchen items. We made it work and we know that renovations are beginning shortly so it really wasn't a concern. All in all this is the perfect place to stay if you want an incredible location right on the beach!

The beach is gorgeous - white sand, blue water, spectacular sunrise and sunset, bike trail, State Parks with hiking trails .....fresh seafood served in restaurants on the water — what more can a Missouri resident desire.

Stayed Jul 27, 2019We enjoyed our week at this property. It is older but very clean. When you walk on to deck you are basically at the beach! Thought we would miss having a pool but with the beach so close you do not need a pool! Would definitely stay her again!
