Explore Harbour Town’s marina, lighthouse, and shopping, spend the day golfing or biking scenic paths, or relax along the shoreline at the Sea Pines Beach Club — all just minutes away.



Getting Around:

Sea Pines is best experienced by bike, car, or on foot via its extensive network of walking/biking paths. Guests can easily reach beaches, dining, golf courses, and attractions within minutes. The closest beach access is a 6-7 minute walk away at Beach Walkway #45. You would walk down Lawton to Sea Pines Drive and then #45 is just to the left about 50-100 yards. The Beach Club is about a mile when you turn right down area Pines Drive.

159 Fairwood Villas Cancellation Policy: Should you decide to cancel your villa reservation more than 30 days before your planned arrival, a 5% forfeiture will apply of the payment made to date when booking through VRBO or direct. Cancellations made between 30 and 14 days prior to your arrival will result in a 50% refund. Cancellations within 14 days or less of your scheduled arrival date will result in the forfeiture of the entire rental amount. AIRBNB cancellation policy is listed on the listing through AIRBNB.



The cleaning fee of $275 includes a damage protection plan.
