Relax & Unwind – 1BR Beach Club Siesta Key 110D RVA

We had a wonderful time. The unit is perfect for 3-4 people. We are a family of 4, two adults and two kids. Friendly management and made sure we had a place for a pool day next door when ours was under maintenance then it re-opened the next day. Short easy walk to the beach and the weather was perfect! We will be planning another stay!

We rented a room with two beds. The second bed was a pull out couch that was very dirty. It was stained, had candy all over the bottom and there were ants. The refrigerator leaked onto our food and we ended up having to throw it away. Our room was close to the pool and although the pool rules state that the pool should be closed at dusk. People stayed past mid night making a lot of noise. So it was hard to sleep and they don’t have anyone enforcing the rule. Washing machine also leaked. Expressed complaint to the office and they did nothing to accommodate.

DO NOT GO TO THE BEACH CLUB AT siesta keys!!! They will double book you take your money move you to another room charge you for that one then kick you out. These people are horrible and complete idiots! Especially the woman at the front desk. The management is horrible and doesn't care about anything but getting money. Our stay was a complete disaster because of staff and management. They have no compassion what so ever. I advise no one to go here. They don't deserve anyone's business. They will ruin your entire vacation every single way possible. They won't admit fault, they lie about everything. And if you like poop stained towels this is your place!! Usually a business accommodates guests, this place makes you cry, and makes your vacation super stressful and I never complain about anywhere but I am hoping this will save you from a nightmare and headache

We checked in at 4pm. The thermostat was set at 74, room was 78 degrees. Turned 2 fans up as high as possible and was Ok as we were out that night. When we returned the temp was still 78. At 4am it was 74 and 6am it was 72, so it was not worth complaining aboutNext day, we were at the beach & pool most of the day, when we returned around 4pm, it was back up around 78 again, since late in the day and we were checking our the next morning, we let it be.At 6pm, the smoke detector started to beep. We called the after hours # and spoke to an operator who called the properly. She came back and told us there was nothing that could be done until the morning, which I said was unacceptable. She asked if we could remove the battery. Since the one in the living room already was missing the battery, I assumed this was not a priority to the property.She put me on hold and in the meantime, the bedroom detector that was beeping was too high to reach by standing on the bed or any chair in the room.I stood on the bed and tried to the reset button with the broom,which I did but still beeped.i then took a set of kitchen tongs and popped the battery cover off and flicked the battery out.The operator called me back to tell me they were still working on getting someone out. I told her it was done. At that time I told her there was an issue with the A/C. I never heard back on that.Left a message and received a response after check out that my message would be sent to operation staff.

The space was clean and comfortable. The location is perfect just across the street from beach access and within short walking distance of trolley stop and restaurants. Beach umbrellas and beach chairs are first come first serve and are in rough shape. They could use newer ones and more of them. They provided plenty of beach towels and the staff was accommodating and friendly. Also the listing said a cooler would be available but we didn’t have a cooler in our room. Overall I would stay again but consider bringing my own chairs, umbrella, and cooler or renting them from somewhere.

We arrived after the office was closed. Our keys were left accessible to us. Very easy and convenient check in process. The room was clean and had anything we needed, and then some. Pool was clean and warm. The beach is a two minute walk from the room. I would absolutely stay here again.

The table was unusable due to a wobbly leg, the door handle and knob on the washer were broken, the refrigerator was leaking, the tub was rusty, and the pull-out sofa bed had a bent support bar, making it unusable for my teenage son.I reported these problems to the front desk, and while the staff member was friendly and promptly came to inspect the issues, he explained that most of the problems couldn’t be fixed immediately and would require replacement. He said he would contact the condo owner and let me know what they could do for me, especially regarding the unusable sofa bed. Unfortunately, I never heard anything back.

We loved it! Plenty of space and everything you could possibly need. Best location ever! Walking distance to everything. The trolly stop directly across the street is very convenient. We'll definitely stay here from now on!

It is small but very nice and clean. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants.

This was a great place to stay for a weekend away at the beach, the people on and hot tub were great and it was nice to have a supply of beach chairs to borrow!
