Host was great - communication was very timely. Loved the entire Maravilla complex. Very clean and well kept. Heated pool was great. Very close access to the Gulf of Mexico. Our second time at Maravilla and plan on returning.

Everything was great. The condo was perfect and very clean ! We love how close we were to the beach. The property was peaceful and quiet. We were so thankful that we could bring our two puppies.

This was a very nice decorated condo. The beds were comfy. We enjoyed our stay here. We stay in this complex yearly when we come and this unit is one of the nice ones. The owner is very welcoming and accommodating if any questions or issues were to arise. Love that there is the 4 beach chair rental. It’s normally only 2 when you rent a unit in this complex. The beach is super close. We definitely would stay here again. Thank you so much for welcoming us into your home.

Owner was great great communication condo was well stocked

This was our 4th time visiting there. But, in this situation: 1- never advised of construction resulting in make shift stairs. Unable to use wheeled suit cases, & luggage carts.2- access to beach was impeded by construction.3- daily charge for good seating at the beach 4- signs in the bedrooms to indicate the comforters were “just for show and not to be used.”All in all, we were disappointed. Had this been our first time there, we would’ve not been back.

This was a beautiful condo. It was fully stocked with everything we could have wanted. The property has great amenities and the proximity to the beach is amazing. My family enjoyed our week here.

We had a great stay for spring break. My husband and our two kids (14 and 11) and our dog. The condo was super cute, very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Several great restaurants within walking distance. Could see the beach from our bedroom. Very happy with our stay! bedroom balcony.

The condo was very nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay and the access to the beach. The beach chair/umbrella service was great to have. Loved everything. The construction/updates for the complex was not ideal but did not cause us any problems. We would stay again if we have another opportunity to make the trip.

We've stayed at several properties at this location and this is our favorite. Very well furnished, good spot on the property, well managed.

Nice gated property with easy access to beach

We had such a great trip! The facility was nice and we loved the location! It had everything we needed from a crockpot to a Keurig.The beds slept amazing!! We have never stayed in a place where the beds felt like home! Thank you to the owner for allowing us to stay in your condo!

We went down to Destin for a baseball tournament my son had . A few of us stayed in the maravilla condos and everyone was equally pleased . Our room was extremely clean and the furniture was all very comfortable . It’s not on the ocean , but you can see the water from the porch and it’s a very short walk to the beach . Property has two good size pools that stayed relatively empty , so the kids were able to enjoy the pool basically all day and night without absurd amounts of people in them. They had tennis courts , basketball courts , bbqs, everything you would need to enjoy the week . The host of this condo was extremely responsive . Our room was ready on time and we were contacted as soon as we were able to enter . I couldn’t be happier with the process and will definitely stay again in the future

From the condo itself to the beach to the surrounding restaurants, this was the perfect stay! The host was wonderful, and the condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The beach setup of chairs and umbrellas made it all so easy. We'll be back!
