Stayed Aug 2, 2025The location of the property is excellent, such a short/easy walk to get there. The balcony was great to sit out on in the evening. The kitchen area is great for one person to do the cooking but a little tight for any helper cooks in the kitchen.

Stayed Jul 19, 2025We meet a large group of families at the beach every year. This is a great location! Ocean side and you can walk to anything you need. Condo is bright, slightly dated, but clean. Plenty of seating in the main area. Property owner was very responsive to my inquiries. We would stay there again.

Stayed Jul 12, 2024Location is perfect! The condo had everything we needed. The front porch was a plus with nice views of the bay and fireworks. Some of the beds, washer and dryer need updating

Stayed Jul 29, 2023We were looking for a new regular place to stay since our last condo no longer rents. Through my search, Dan was very responsive and friendly and put me at ease that led me to choose his rental. The pictures are true and the beach chairs and umbrella available for use was so convenient. My one suggestion would be that they add additional storage shelving for the bathrooms and a mirror in the master bedroom. I'm sure I only noticed this because we had 4 girls plus my husband! lol! Overall, a great place to be location wise and a quick walk to the beach. I would definitely rent again. Thank you!
