Stayed Oct 4, 2025Positives- Beautiful condo! Good location, clean facilities at the Palms and beach. As described online. Kitchen stocked well for cooking in. Balcony was amazing!Negative- All with management of the property. Had issues getting the entry code. Was after checkin time before given code and had to call myself to get it, was not sent via email as promised. Master bathroom shower was dirty, mildew under soap dish and on walls and curtains. Front door would not stay closed without locking it. We called beachball property when we checked in to ask for maintenance to fix the satellite boxes (only 1 of the 4 worked properly). TV in master bedroom never worked, finally got the tv in the living area to work on Roku, satellite never worked. Maintenance was promised that night or first thing next morning and never showed up the entire stay. I called and messaged twice more, never got help. Dont get me wrong- we didnt go to tje beach to watch tv. It rained the first 2 days of our stay 8 inches and the extra tvs would have helped pass the time. The dryer used 2 cycles to dry clothes which made me wonder if the duct going out was plugged (causing a potential fire hazard). Screws were falling out of the dining room chairs.

Stayed Oct 10, 2025Beautiful condo, with all the amenities you need. Great communication and information with hosts. BUT I made a request Friday evening to repair the satellite box in the master bedroom and every day after. Today is Tuesday and I am home and no one ever came to fix it. I do realize it is not a major problem but one that could have been easily fixed.

Stayed Jun 5, 2025We had a great stay at the Palms! Booking was easy and all of our questions were answered in advance by the property mgr. our unit was decorated nicely and beach access was easy. The mgmt company was responsive throughout our stay. The location is close to all of the restaurants, grocery stores, and bars.

Stayed Apr 22, 2025Beach ball was fantastic. Had an issue with the door upon arrival. I called someone immediately answered the phone had the problem fixed and handled within minutes. Fantastic customer service. Condo was exactly like pictures. Would and will rent from beachball again ?

Stayed May 10, 2025The location and the views are absolutely perfect. We enjoyed our week long stay in this beautiful condo. The beds were comfortable and the shower had lots of pressure which was nice. There were four adults staying here and only 4 coffee cups in the place which was a nuisance. We had to wash dishes more often than we would have had to if there were a couple more.The weather was terrific during our stay but if you encounter rainy days be advised that there are no games or decks of cards here, which is fine, just good to note.

Stayed Mar 1, 2025This condo was clean and spacious and true to the photos posted on line. It’s in a great location with lots of restaurants & shops nearby. The beach was gorgeous and not too crowded. The outdoor pool was great for sunning on days that were too cold on the beach, but the chairs need cushions. The beds &mThe kitchen was great but needs new pots & reading light. are accurate

Stayed Jan 3, 2025We loved this condo it was clean and beautiful, the view was exceptional. We however, could not sleep. The A/C units on the roof were so loud the ceiling buzzed and boomed all night long. Upon leaving the elevators did not work, we had to haul all our stuff down 10 floors. We had an elderly parent with us that had to navigate the stairs. We were terrified that there would be an injury. Lucky for us there was not. We stayed for 3 weeks but we were ready to leave after 3 days. So if anyone is a light sleeper beware. Do not bring anyone that can not go up and down 10 floors with you .

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This condo is beautifully decorated and very clean. Has everything you would need in the kitchen. Love the view from multiple windows.
