It was decorated very nicely. The master bath is absolutely gorgeous. The balcony has more than enough room to enjoy the ocean view. There is only one suggestion that I would make, and that is to get a new mattress in the guest bedroom. It’s not that it’s uncomfortable. It just makes noises every time someone turns over. That is the only reason that we did not book this unit for next year. If this issue should be resolved, we would definitely be back to renting 706.

Only negative I have is wish you could have a beverage while you are relaxing in the pool. Or at least be able to take a sip of it while standing in the pool. Security is tight with this.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I rent for at least a month every year. I have enjoyed the convenience of the location to all our favorites. During November they schedule all the big maintenance jobs, which is a bit unnerving. They had to enter our unit 3 separate times and the parking deck was a free for all. The mattress in the master was a cloth covered spring set. I could handle for a weekend, but not a month. I had to bring a mattress topper 😐. The staff in the past has always been super helpful in helping me reserve for the next year, but it really seemed like they couldn't care less. I also think the registration fee is just another way to get more $ from each guest, you HAVE to park your car. This year 3 other family members booked a month because I always do....I am looking at other places now.
