Spectacular Views of the Gulf of Mexico, from across the street. This 3 Bedroom / 3 Bathroom coveted west corner unit at Sanibel in Gulf Shores, Alabama is calling you! Sanibel 301 has beautiful sunsets year round. Floor to ceiling windows across the entire Gulf Side of the unit, allows water views from kitchen, living and dining rooms. The south side balcony runs the length of the living room/dining room.
There's space with seating for six at the dining room table and four bar stools at the bar for all your guests. A fully equipped kitchen allows for morning coffee or a full meal.
The master bedroom on the north side of the property, features a king bed with private bath. The master bedroom has its own private balcony, with seating for two. With unobstructed views of Little Lagoon.
The two guest bedrooms each have a queen bed with private bathrooms, as well. There is a sleeper sofa in the living area. There is also a washer and dryer in the property for your convenience.
Fitness center, sauna, and a great grilling area on the first floor.
*BEACH ACCESS: Public beach access across the street with boardwalk, shower, portable toilet, & trash cans. *LAGOON ACCESS: Public dock on back side for easy access to lagoon.*
There is so much to do all within minutes. The parking under the building is for owners only.
Sanibel is two blocks walking from a great local restaurant, or two. Little over a miles drive to the main intersection in Gulf Shores, with souvenir venues, boutique shopping, or a cold drink. Tubing, boat rides, and fishing in the Lagoon right behind the complex or the Gulf right in front. Waterville and Amusement Park, The Little Zoo that could, Putt Putt, go-kart track/bungee jumping, Gulf State Park fishing pier, Jet ski rentals/parasailing at Gulf Shores public beach, tons of dining and shopping, movie theaters, museums, parks, OWA new amusement park, bowling, a trampoline park, golf, and so much more!
***Minimum age of 25 years of age to reserve and must be present during stay.
***No pets.
***Sanibel is a non smoking complex. Smoking is forbidden in units or on balconies.
*** Parking is $35/car (2 car maximum). Paid upon arrival at the complex office on the 2nd floor just inside by the pool. This is open from 10am to 4pm. Please note that the cost of parking passes is set by the HOA and is subject to change without notice.
The property was a perfect location for walking to beach (even with all the stuff to carry) Well maintained and and always felt safe! Condo was perfect space for a family of 6. Highly recommend

Loved everything about the condo.
So much fun! Place looked even better than the photos. Everything was clean and welcoming and the other guests and residents were super nice. Pool was a huge hit. We loved our stay and would love to come back!!
Easy walk to the beach and a short drive to shops and restaurants. Great view of the gulf and lagoon.
This was perfect for our stay! We enjoyed every second there! Perfect views. Will definitely try to stay there again.
We really enjoyed our stay. Close to most restaurants and attractions. House was clean and plenty of room for our family of 10.
It was terrible! We were there for 7 days, the elevator and the stairway lights stopped working after 2 days we got there. Let me put it in words… ( THE ACCESSIBILITY SUCKS AND I HAVE BEEN RIPPED OFF )

We had a great vacation! The condo is amazing! It is very spacious and nicely decorated. The condo was stocked with everything that we needed while we were there, except for a big bowl and I purchased one and left it there! This by far, is one of the nicest condos that we have stayed at, and it was a very reasonable price. Communication was easy, there were a few things that I had to contact them for during our stay and I always received a quick response!
