WELCOME TO 0804E - OUR OPEN CONCEPT BEACH FRONT CONDO

With the roominess that is provided by it's 9 ft. ceilings, you will find a relaxing like home feel. We furnished 804E with family-comfort and convenience in mind. Starting with the fabulous 8th floor Gulf views from the master suite, living room, dining room and kitchen, you will always be reminded of what brought you to Orange Beach and the SeaChase properties, often described as the best kept secret on the Gulf !

When youadd the crisp, clean, Coastal-style décor that features ceramic tile in the living areas and the quiet comfort and cleanliness of high tech padded solid surface flooring in the bedrooms, you will feel right at home while on VACATION. The living room has ample seating for all members of your family [or friends] that you are vacationing with, as does the dining room which seats 8, plus a 5 seat snack bar wrapping around the kitchen. Should you choose to create your own meals, you will have plenty of kitchen appliances and supplies to do so. With nearly new appliances, mixer, blender, crock-pot, and a Keurig coffeemaker for your morning cup of Joe… our kitchen has everything you need. The master suite and it's King Bed, also has the added comfort of a chaise lounge sofa, and a desk for a computer and/or needed accessories. The laundry, which is located away from the sleeping quarters so the night-time loads will not interrupt those sleeping, features a full size W/D set. Other features include: TV’s and ceiling fans in all bedrooms and the common area, a large master suite bath that includes a large glassed in shower, garden tub, double vanity, and large walk-in closet.

With another King Bed in the 2nd suite and a Queen and Twin Bunks in the 3rd bedroom there should be plenty of places for your crew to rest up after a busy vacation day of fun on the beach or at the many local activities and venues that are available to you.

804E also has a central heating and A/C system that you can control. Add the board games, books and beach accessories and related goodies in the outside closet, and ya'll will have nearly everything at your finger tips to make your next visit to SeaChase truly special !!!

Did not enjoy having key fobs to enter and exit the pool area. Security was over done! Too many rules on things that were harmless.

Also, the rug in the living room is filthy. They is no vacuum to clean while you are on your stay. Too much furniture to get a walker around the items in the living room.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo used to be kept nearly perfect. There is trimMissing on the floors, light fixtures covered in dust, mold in closets, TVs not working. It’s needs a good clean and update. We had to buy a knife that was sharp enough to cut a tomato as there were none there. We don’t cook for every meal but it’s nice to be able to have what you need, if I have to buy it all, I might as well not pay extra to stay in a condo.

We stayed in the East Tower, it was laid back atmosphere, the elevators weren’t busy, and the grounds were well taken care of. We will definitely stay at Sea Chase again.

I stayed here with my daughters, sons in law and grandchildren and we had a great experience. Most beach rentals are lacking in kitchen utensils and such but this one had everything you need. The view was amazing and the condo was clean when we arrived. I'd absolutely stay here again
