Drew was gracious and accommodating, checking in to be sure we had everything we needed. the home is not only beautiful and sparkling clean, but there were many extra touches that made staying there feel relaxing and effortless. The heated pool and spa just a short distance from the back patio were really a treat!

Drew was so helpful with helping us plan our last minute stay. The property is conveniently located and a great layout. Thank you so much Drew for allowing us a stress-free stay and all your help. We liked the property so much, we stayed an extra day.

We had a wonderful time, the house is lovely, we enjoyed the bicycles, the pools and all of the amenities in the home. Drew was very responsive. We will gladly return if in the area.

We had a great stay here! Drew was extremely nice and very communicative throughout our stay. He even let us stay later on our last day, which was so nice of him! The place was very clean and tidy. He had the air conditioner running before we arrived so the place was nice and cool for us when we got there. The community was very quiet and the pool was never busy. We barely saw anyone the whole time. It was really nice feeling like we had the area to ourselves. The community pool and hot tub were great! We will be back!

Electronics worked as instructed, home HVAC was set and forget for best comfort. Had kitchen supplied with cooking pans/dishes etc...would stay again.

We loved staying at Drew's property he was an excellent host. Unit is immaculately clean and well stocked, the pool is literally a few steps away. Easy access to many restaurants and shopping nearby. This was a great place to stay for our vacation.

The listing is exactly as described. Loved the updated bathrooms. Drew gave excellent instructions and prompt feedback. Location was 25 minutes to all destinations including downtown Palm Springs. Unit was very quiet yet walking distance to shopping. Hope we can return next year.

The condo was great for the three of us. We were pleasantly surprised at how well stocked the kitchen was with all kinds of utensils and pans….perfect for a longer stay. The location of the condo was very central for us. The pool is close by and the grounds are immaculate. The condo was as clean as described. Great rental!

Our property manager Drew was great! Very accommodating. Sisters weekend and we were very pleased and want to return with our spouses. Cleanliness and safety are my top concerns when using VRBO. This place was SPOTLESS! Safe? Yes, but I would have preferred a key lock that uses a code. Many people use this type of entry. The code is set using the last 4 digits of the phone number. Easy to remember! This place had a simple metal key. How many of these keys are floating around? Do they change the locks after each visit? The golf course was seeding the greens so no one was around. We had the pool all to ourselves, which was great and nearby. The price was right, but we found ourselves driving the 20 minutes to Palm Springs, every day. An Uber was an average $50 per trip. Overall, great spot if staying in Palm Desert. Thank you!!

We enjoyed this condo and glad we booked the first level. The pool is a short walk away Unit was well stocked. It’s a quiet unit. Having a washer, dryer and dishwasher was great The amenities at the club house was great are oickle ball players but the restaurant wasn’t open We would stay here again and Drew was very responsive

This is my third time staying at this condominium, as usual the place was immaculate and the host was superb.

We rented this property for our stay for a face competition. It was so much better than staying in a hotel. Everything was wonderful. Drew was an excellent host.

Drew and his property are amazing! We contacted him a day before arrival and he was able to accommodate us for a short trip with our Marine son who had a 72-hour leave. He even let us check-in early so we could maximize the limited time we all had together. The property itself is quiet and beautiful and was perfect for our family of four! We can't wait to come back!
