Sea 'n Suds, a well-known oysterbar and seafood restaurant, is just a block away, and you'll also find numerous other restaurants, shopping malls, and recreational activities within walking distance.

This updated two-bedroom, two-bath condo provides a full kitchen, washer/dryer, convertible bed for additional guests, and free Wi-Fi. The master bedroom is equipped with a brand new king-size bed, a private bath, and a new flat-screen TV and DVD player. The second bedroom, located off the living room, can now accommodate three guests with a new bunk bed unit featuring a double lower bunk and a twin upper bunk. This setup is ideal for families with three children. The living room features new furniture and a flat-screen TV with a DVD player, providing a comfortable space to relax with a movie, a book, or a nap. The beachfront balcony includes a patio table and chairs, making it the perfect spot to enjoy the Gulf view.

Island Shores is ideally located near grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, shopping outlets, and recreational options. The Tanger Outlet Mall, which boasts over 120 brand name stores, is a great place for retail therapy on rainy afternoons. The Wharf offers dolphin cruises, an amphitheater for concerts, additional shopping, and a movie theater. Nearby Orange Beach features Perdido Pass, a dedicated area for fishermen. You'll also find marinas, glass-bottom boats, chartered deep-sea fishing excursions, golf courses, the Alabama Birding Trail, amusement parks, and water theme parks just a short drive away.

Parking Passes are required and may be purchased upon arrival or by contacting our office directly. You must purchase each parking pass. You can have only 2 parking passes per reservation. 2 cars maximum.
During special holiday time periods (Hangout Fest weekend, Memorial Day weekend, Saturday to Saturday during week of 4th of July, Labor Day weekend, and Shrimp Fest weekend) 3 bedroom units are limited to TWO parking passes, and 2 bedroom units are limited to ONE parking pass.
Linens are provided, but please bring your own beach towels.
The reservation includes a starter set of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels.

    We have stayed at multiple beach front vacation rentals over the years and this place was not well taken care of at all. Window so old and distorted you could not even see out AT ALL. Broken and stained furniture including worn out beds. We understand rentals take some abuse but the owner and management company need to reinvest some profit back into keeping the place in decent shape and comfortable for their guests. This place is obviously a cash cow only and no pride of ownership what so ever. I do not recommend this particular unit.

    Very dusty, visible dust on glass surfaces. Cobwebs in most corners, on light/fan pull down controls. Outdated. Does NOT look like pictures.

    Check in was great, even though it’s at a different location. The kitchen was Okay, minus they only had 3 coffee cups! LolFurniture was definitely well Loved! The patio only had 2 plastic lawn chairs, which is not enough for a 2 bedroom rental on the beach. Location was great! The rental was very clean, which is a plus!

    As previous reviews have said the location of this property is perfect. The property is about 100 yards to the water and the view of the beach is phenomenal. Its a little difficult to get into the parking lot as there is only one entrance and sort of hidden especially at night. The complex is small compared to the other buildings around making it cozy and makes the beach area less crowded. The unit does need to be updated, large lump on the right side of the couch, old pvc patio furniture. Very few amenities. Only two rolls of toilet paper are provided., 2 pods for the dishwasher and no laundry detergent. The dryer does vent to the inside and makes the bedroom very warm. Additional rugs or mats ae needed inside at the doors. The balcony is very sandy. Also they still provide keys, a coded lock especially in a beach community is a must in 2025. One last item, with five people staying in the unit, the top bunk was not made and there was still sand on the mattress. Some small upgrades and attention to detail can really make this an absolutely perfect getaway unit. My family and I have stayed at numerous properties and its the attention to detail that is always the difference between and average property and an extraordinary one. This unit has that potential, if its realized.

    We love staying in this area. Condos in this complex are generally a little less expensively priced than others. Think this results from being a somewhat older building. However, the overall facilities are well kept. Each individual apartment depends upon the owner of that specific unit. We've stayed couple places in this complex and find the specific units to be pretty nice. Not fancy and perhaps somewhat dated...but clean and very workable. We were there for two weeks Jan/Feb 2025. And of course....GREAT LOCATION.
