Regency Towers #308 West | Community Pool, Beach Service, Tennis/Pickleball

We loved the condo! It was a short walk to the beach and with it being two smaller towers it wasn’t a hassle to go back and forth to the room. We will be going back!

Very clean and well stocked in the kitchen. Beds are comfortable. Lots of space. Definitely will rent again.

The condo was extremely clean and larger than shown in the pictures. We were very impressed with the grounds and access to the beach. We will be booking another vacation to stay here in the future.

It’s a spacious condo an easy walk to the beach. The management company was responsive to the couple of challenges we needed addressed. We would stay there again.

It was dirty and tired. Multiple knives had food on them, dining room light fixture was filthy, patio door needed to be kept open to see the beautiful view but there was no screen. Bathroom floor had hair and dirt on it. Owners asked if we wanted patio door open, to turn off ac, which we did, as temps were comfortable. Wanted to sleep with windows open, but none would open.Wonderful location but needs some serious attention for all the fees tacked on. I will be back to Pensacola Beach but not here.

All my love to the house owner who has decorated the house with a turtle theme we all love it Overall it was a great experience.only 2 hiccups 1.Master bedroom cooling is not proper so if you feel hot like me better opt for other room 2.if you are a big man (6 ft) like me bathrooms will be smaller for you Rest it was a good stay

My family loved that this property had a king bed in one room and two queen beds in another bedroom. Each adult was able to have their own bed. ❤️ The furniture was in like new condition and very comfortable. The beach access was amazing. ❤️ We would definitely consider staying here again.

The Regency is a great location on the beach. It's not in the middle of all the other condos, making traffic on the road and at the beach quieter. The key pad worked great! No issues while we were there. The only negative (I missed it in the description of unit), what is supposed to be the master bedroom (larger room, remote location, bathroom connected in room with jacuzzi tub and larger countertops) has two queen beds so can't be used as the master. The room that has the king size bed is right next to the kitchen and DOES NOT have a bathroom connected to room. The bathroom for that bedroom is in the hallway and is also the community bathroom. The countertops are so small, you can't leave any of your supplies (makeup, toothbrush, shower supplies) on counter. Of course we made do, was just an inconvenience. My fault for missing that in the description.

Overall nice condo. We’ve stayed at this Complex several other times and are always pleased. Everything nice as pictured and clean. A few minors updates would be nice including master shower and stove ; both worked fine but could be in better shape. We would stay here again. Plenty of seating in living area a plus and nice view from balcony. ( we did not have any communication with property manager which I see as a plus but it made me rate this )
