Stayed Jun 14, 20252nd floor unit is convenient to avoid elevators. Location was great, and amenities were exactly what we needed for a family vacation this summer. The unit definitely needs an update, as there are several other units that are more updated and look more appealing. However, that did not alter our stay. The floors could have been cleaner, but honestly it’s at the beach so sand is to be expected. We just had black feet from walking barefoot. The only thing we didn’t like, was the bedrooms did not have ceiling fans. But overall we had a wonderful time and the unit had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend this property.

Stayed Feb 9, 2025We absolutely love this area. It's nice and quiet, with great beaches, restaurants and shopping. Our host, Cort, is very responsive and answers any questions or concerns promptly! The condo was perfect and had everything we needed for a great stay!

Stayed May 18, 2024Our unit was on the 2nd floor at Regency Towers. It was a nice unit and I loved the low floor. It was a lovely vacation. The ocean water and awesome weather was spectacular! May is the best month to visit PCB!

Stayed Mar 30, 2024Our second trip to this condo complex and absolutely love it. The ease of this unit on second floor is great no waiting for elevator. Overall, unit was clean and for our family of 3 was perfect.

Stayed Jul 15, 2023We loved the location of the unit on the second floor. It overlooks the pool & Only one flight of stairs to climb. The elevator is too slow so with the 2nd floor we never used it. There was a DG across the street & we were able to get all our groceries there.Condo was clean & even had a few trash bags, dish soap & aluminum foil which was helpful. We left our big sand shovels in the closet for the next family. Would definitely rent again!

Stayed Jun 9, 2023Easy check in process although different than what I expected since I had to check in with front office. Haven't had to do that in awhile. Nice and clean rooms and since I was on the second floor easy to get to ground level vs using the elevators. Would definitely stay again.
