The Primary suite is a haven of relaxation with direct access to the large balcony and features a luxurious King bed and a 50-inch Smart TV for your entertainment. The ensuite Primary bath is designed for indulgence, completewith dual vanities and a sumptuous walk-in shower. The second bedroom is equally inviting with two cozy Queen beds, a 44-inch Smart TV, and a private bath, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.
The living room, a focal point of shared moments, includes a 50 inch smart TV. It also offers a sofa sleeper that expands the condo's accommodation capacity to 8 people. It's a space where everyone can gather, relax, and enjoy the breathtaking views, with direct access to the balcony from the living room.

The large balcony, with direct access from both the living room and the Primary Suite, has lots of seating for relaxing and watching beach activities and dolphins playing, as well as a place to relax and enjoy a meal or beverages and snacks.

Culinary enthusiasts will delight in the full-sized kitchen, outfitted with granite countertops, making meal preparation a pleasure. The kitchen bar has seating for two for quick meals or snacks. The dining area has seating for six to accommodate family meals and other activities. Additionally, a separate wet bar with an extra ice maker adds a touch of convenience and luxury to your stay.


For added ease, the condo includes a half bath and a utility room equipped with a full-sized washer and dryer, ensuring all your practical needs are met with ease.

    I had a great first trip to Orange Beach, and I would be happy to return again. The beach itself is very pretty - lovely white sand and lots of shells to collect. We really enjoyed the town - less wild than some of the big beach hot spots and almost no junky tourist traps. But it was an easy walk to good ol' Florabama! We ate at several fantastic waterfront restaurants. The condo itself was great. I loved the huge walk-in shower in the primary bathroom. I was very happy with the space/size, the furniture (especially lots of seating on the big balcony), and having THREE bathrooms - amazing! The only cons of the trip were tied to the property management company. They sent a digital guidebook with tons of info that seemed to be comprehensive. However, there was no parking info for our specific condo building (other than mentioning the parking pass will be on the kitchen counter). Figuring out where we could/should park was confusing. On the morning of our departure as we were busily packing, we were alarmed when someone tried to enter our unit. Thankfully, it was just the cleaning team, but they had been told by the property managers that our unit was already empty (I saw the text). And this was well before 10AM. But the most unforgiveable issue was that the bed sheets were 100% polyester - ugh. Polyester sheets are uncomfortable (especially if you get a sunburn) and SWEATY - no one wants that in a beach condo! Liquid Life really needs to reconsider this.

    We loved this condo and the location. Absolutely perfect. Beaches were quiet and clean and we enjoyed watching dolphins from the balcony every day. Highly recommend.

    Surprised to find an ice machine separate from the fridge. Huge walk in shower in the master. Loved the large balcony with table of 4, table of 2 and lounge chair. Nicest condo we have stayed in yet.

    The condo was superb. The vibe was perfect. The host was gracious. I really couldnt have asked for a better vacation stay. Getting a 2nd parking pass was a little cumbersome, but not terrible by any means.

    What a sweet time with family on our favorite beach! This condo was well appointed. Perks were full size washer and dryer for beach towels, working ice maker to fill up our cooler for the beach each day, and comfortable balcony furniture for both meal time and relaxing! Facility-wise, parking was easier than many other condos in this area, outdoor pool was clean and nice and the grills were in working order. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at RI809!

    The property was fine however it does need some updating….recliners sounded like they were falling apart when we sat in them. Extra ice maker was broken, no blinds or window coverings in the LR. We did enjoy the stay…location is good too.

    This is a nice and clean unit. We had issues with a broken dishwasher and ice maker. Liquid Life Maintenance was quick and was able to fix the dishwasher, but the ice machine was not able to be repaired. We survived without it and enjoyed our stay.
