Regency 310 Lush Garden By Suite Paradise

We love this part of Poipu, in walking distance to so many of our favorite places. This particular unit was spacious but is really in need of updating. Tub in primary bath is very worn. Bed was comfortable but rest of furnishings need to be replaced. Decks were small and right on walking path so not useable.

Great location, great staff, thought it had air conditioning but it didn’t, but with the winds we didn’t even need it! Definitely a wonderful place to stay!

Overall great place to stay but the beds were pretty hard. We were a group of young people and all our backs hurt after a few days. I do lots of backcountry hikes and have slept on thin lightweight mats more comfortable. WiFi is spotty in the master bedroom. Other then that the place is big with lots of room for big groups. You’ll find all the amenities you need. Location is great. At the price to stay I think the owners should invest in some new mattresses or some memory foam toppers.

Great location, nice property. Quiet. Well equipped. Spacious. Only complaint is the price was misleading after the “owner fees” were added in. Pretty much doubled the price per night.?.

Clean and comfortable condo. We would definitely stay there again. Easy walk to a great swimming beach and a coastal hike. Excellent property management staff.

Bathrooms need updating as the showers/baths are dirty and not in good working order. Whole unit needs a good paint job and cleaning. Windows need replacing As well as window blinds. Several were broken. The location to poipu beach is great. Was nice to be able to walk to the beach everyday. I would stay in this location but not this condo again.

This 2 bedroom ground level Regency unit was great for us. Lots of space to spread out, great lanai with privacy provided by all the foliage, and an indoor dining table for 6. Kitchen was well stocked and there are two BBQs at the pool area nearby. Although the unit is a little dated it is well cared for with lots of local touches. Ideally located between the Grand Hyatt and Poipu beach it was walking distance to both. Access to the Poipu Pool and Athletic club was a great touch. Pull out couch is not overly comfortable though and was a challenge to sleep on after a few nights!

Great location in Poipu. Very close to the pool and the unit has access to a hot tub and not all units in this complex do. A short walk to the beach and a short drive to many great restaurants. I stayed here with my wife and 3 kids. This unit was very well equipped and very large which gave everybody their own space which was nice. The grounds are immaculate and very well kept. Would definitely stay here again. My only complaint might be the mattresses are in need of an upgrade. Woke up sore every morning (again thankful for the hot tub in this regard). Overall a very pleasant stay and Suite Paradise that manages the unit did an incredible job on check in and check out. Very well managed.
