Regency 221 Poipu Retreat By Suite Paradise

This property was very nice. Looked as it was pictured on Verbo. Was overlooking the pool so it was very noisy at times. Upstairs my grandson’s ran into bugs in their bed. Not sure if they were bedbugs or fleas, but they got bit a lot. Downstairs was very spacious with a very large TV which my son loved. My bathroom didn’t have a door, which was a problem at times, even though it was a beautiful bathroom. Kitchen was great with lots of dishes and pots and pans. Overall, we really liked this condo except for the bugs.

Beautiful property that accommodated my family of 7 and a 2y.o. Close to shops and restaurants. My family enjoyed the use of the athletic club! Only downside for such a large cleaning fee…there was food and crumbs under the living room couch. Had to sweep it up myself. Looks like it hadn’t been vacuumed for a while. The bottom sheet in the second bedroom downstairs had not been changed for some time lots of dust on it. Suggestion for the twin beds in the loft area, beds are extremely firm, too firm. Egg crate mattress toppers would help with a better nights sleep Overall we would definitely stay at the unit again.

We loved out stay at this location. Being right above the pool was great for our family. You could hear the pool noise in the evening at all. Great location for the Poipu shops, and incredible beaches. Lots of good beach accessories. Wagon, chairs, umbrella. Would love to see this VRBO get some new knives. The ones in the room were VERY dull even with sharpening. Dull to the point of not useable. The headboard in the master needs to be attached to the bed or wall. Every time you roll over in bed it hits the wall. This VRBO has nothing in it for seasoning or oils like previous ones we've been to. Overall experience was AMAZING.

This place was perfect for our family of 8+2 babies. Teenagers slept on the couch which was very large and comfortable. The adult couples had very comfortable beds in three bedrooms. They had pack and plays for our babies ready for us to use. It was very clean and perfect spot. Very easy access to the beach and tennis courts. Lots of walking paths. Rental agency mentioned there were not chairs, boogie, boards or wagons Available at our place but we found all three options available on the back patio . The hot tub and swimming pool were great too. As well as the gas grill. We use the kitchen a lot as we cooked most evenings. Lots of options for bowls pans, and cooking utensils.

My family (6 adults) stayed here and had a great time. The 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were essential for each couple to have some space to themselves. The lanai was lovely and we were able to fit all 6 of us by adding a couple chairs. The couch is amazing! Where do we get one? The property was clean and management was very responsive - the fridge filter needed replacing and they had it done within a couple hours! Everything was excellent, would definitely come back!

Beautiful unit in a beautiful setting. Everything was just as you see on the listing. Owner is very responsive and very accommodating.

We really enjoyed our stay. We had 8 people and it worked fine for our group. Condo was clean. Property Mgmt forgot our request for roll away beds even though I sent it well in advance and no one would help us the night we arrived bc it was past 6pm so we didn't get the beds until the next day. Nice location close to beaches etc. The pool is right out the door and our kids had a great time. Things to note is that the shower in the master bath did not hardly drain at all and the toilet leaked. The hanger for the upstairs shower head was missing/broken so it was hard to use. The water heater for the unit is really small as it fits under a kitchen cabinet- only about two people can shower at a time and it has to be pretty quick. All in all - no major complaints but could use a little maintenance.

The please was clean and spacious. Pool and hot tub right outside and beach is a short 10-15 mins walk.

The condo was well stocked with beach towels, 6 beach chairs, umbrella and starter kit of toiletries. We requested the 2 extra rollaway beds (keep in mind that these accommodate children or small teens). Great beach & restaurants within walking distance. Mahalo
