Stayed Jun 11, 2025Excellent location to stay!! No problems at all, however some pans and kitchen utensils could be replaced due to being rusty. I would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Apr 21, 2025We checked in the night wife took shower after getting done walked across the floor and feet were black. The second night we had no internet woke up no air call they got somebody to come up right away. He worked on it for a little while. Said it was working. Came back half hour later still no sir He worked on it some more still no air they were gonna call somebody. Two other maintenance man came and they said it was a water leak. They did get the air running and did get the internet working. couple days later went out again called. They sent somebody up right away. He worked on it and said it was fixed we came back to the room two hours no air call again. The first guy back he worked on it said it t was fixed. he said then he was a maintenance guy didn’t know about much about conditioners and they need to call somebody out.We had no air We had no air that afternoon and that night the maintenance crew was wonderful. They tried everything they could but they would not call a heating air conditioner for person out. They did allow us to stay a couple hours after checkout then the cleaning company came and told me I had to leave or they was gonna clean around me. After staying there looking at some of the wiring and the door was marked fire extinguisher inside no fire extinguisher. I would not stay there again. I think.if Vrbo go to market these places they should make sure that they are up code.

Stayed Dec 29, 2024You can’t enjoy the deck and views with the deck furniture that was there. Kitchen had not one empty cabinet to store any thing we bought or brought. Everything had to stay on the counter. TV didn’t work. Couch needs to be steamed clean. It smelled.

Stayed Aug 11, 2024The property on the exterior needs much maintenance. The aroma of the condo upon arrival was of a mold or mildew smell. The floors were not clean and under the furniture there is a lot of debris. The bathrooms were not clean. There was yuck on the stool basin . My husband has cancer so I am a clean freak. The dishes are hodgepodge and are not organized. They were all were not clean. The deck furniture is not comfortable, and was not adequate. We purchased chairs to set in. Batteries in the remotes were dead and there was no instructions for the living area TV. The pool was clean but needed paint badly. I left cleaner and Lysol spray. The smell is coming from the furnace area. We had a good time. But we feel that for the price we paid the condo was not acceptable. We usually stay in Orange Beach, we thought we would give Gulf Shores a try, it wasn’t a good choice. Just do some upgrades and cleaning and it all should be better for you. We bleached everything before we left, if you smelled bleach.

Stayed Jul 27, 2024When we got to the condo the living room felt cool somewhat but the bedrooms were awful, the master bedroom you could not feel air coming out of the vent, extra bedroom was the same, called the number for the condo for any problems and they proceeded to tell me that it was hot outside and that’s why it was not cooling, they said someone would call me the next day to check the vents and no one ever called. Mutiple light bulbs burnt out around the whole condo, ceiling fan is stuck on low in master bedroom, light on nightstand did not work come to find out the was a bare wire showing and somehow during our stay that light disappeared, I had told the person on the phone about that when I called, so someone came in our condo and took the light without our knowledge! Sliding glass door does not lock, guest tub does not drain. I left a note at the office when we checked out and no one emailed me, called or said sorry about all of this. This would be the 3rd time we have stayed at the regatta and needless to say it was thru starfish rentals and we will never go back there and stay again! Awful experience!

Stayed Oct 10, 2023Great layout, open, beach view, close to everything. Nice size patio. Grills available on the ground floor. Cute pool, but didn’t get to enjoy that as I was busy at the fest. The internet connection was slow at times and I should have brought my firm pillows, they have soft ones. Also wait for the lock to open before trying to open the door, I was in too big of a hurry to get in! Besides that, everything was wonderful and would definitely recommend Regatta to anyone! There was a place for dogs to potty and they provided poop bags! Thank you for an awesome week!
