Refreshed Beachfront Gem! Spring and Summer dates open! Come on down!

The location was PERFECT! The whole resort was spotless! The decor in the condo was absolutely beautiful and so serene. We would 100% stay here again! If I had to list any things the owner could “improve” on would be to add a Keurig for coffee instead of the old drip type. And the master bedroom was in desperate need of a new king mattress. There was an egg crate foam mattress topper over the old one that bunched up under us and when we took off sheets to fix it discovered an old mattress with blue flowers on it that we haven’t seen except 20 years ago. Also make sure to bring some laundry detergent and extra things like toilet paper, dishwasher pods, paper towels etc. All the appliances worked well but in such a beautiful and updated condo would have expected some newer models. But again, we enjoyed our stay at this beautiful location and would recommend it!!!

Great location, right on the beach with plenty of beach chairs. Close to many great restaurants (La Creperie for breakfast has the best crepes and omelettes you’ll ever eat) and Anna Maria Oyster Bar has delicious seafood with great views. We would definitely recommend this unit and the La Costa complex.

Had a wonderful stay. Were pleased to see that there were beach chairs for use, and some beach toys for the kids by the pool. Spent alot of time on the balcony, appreciated that it was screened in. Sent the owner a few messages with questions ahead of the trip and received prompt helpful replies. Will come again!

First time to Anna Maria Island! Really enjoyed it! Beach wasn’t as crowded as I expected! Very peaceful! Would 100% stay here again! Our condo was ready early which was a plus! The only issue we had at all was most of the doors are sliding doors and they didn’t lock in place very well. But nothing we couldn’t deal with.. also! First time seeing manatees in person!!

We are so happy we found this roomy precious gem to stay in. The condo has much more living space than I expected. Plenty of beds for a great family trip. Listing pics are exactly as we found the condo on arrival. Office is located on the property and they are very nice. Very quiet community and we will definitely give going back. They area is still repairing from last years hurricane but it did not interfere with our stay or finding restaurants. The elevator is out right now for the building from hurricane damage. It did not bother us but someone having trouble managing stairs may. The complex is working everyday to return the landscaping to its beautiful potential. We were amazed how quickly they were working and all that was done the week of our stay. The most beautiful sunsets can be seen off of the screened porch. We did not use the pool because the beach was perfect.

The property was clean, safe and in a great location. The unit had everything we needed. There were some minor issues that we sent to management via email after we checked out. Glenda in the management office was so helpful to us. The chaise lounges for the beach were well worn and were difficult to drag out to the beach. Would definitely recommend this propert; we had a great time!

Very clean, tastefully decorated, updated condo. Literally steps from the white-sand beach. Wonderful screened-in balcony, covered parking, and super- convenient location. Beach chairs and umbrellas were available in the condo's storage closet, and there were more chairs near the beach that could be used by anyone staying in the building. Would def. stay here again.
