Location of this property is great. A short walk to the beach and pool is right out the back. Close to lots of shopping and restaurants. The condo itself needs a major update. The downstairs has hardly any overhead lighting so at night it is hard to see. The kitchen could use some new utensils and cookware. When we arrived there was no remote for the downstairs TV but management quickly remedied. The 2nd floor bathroom had a moldy shower curtain, missing plug in sink and no spring in toilet paper holder plus old peeling wallpaper. On our 3rd day there we came home to find a huge leak in the ceiling in the kitchen. The property management was right on top of it though- came over immediately to assess and fix the problem. If you’re not going to spend a lot of time inside this place would probably suffice because of the location. We would like to come back to this location but a different condo next time. Another downside was a majority of the restaurants in the area were not doing to go orders due to low staffing. Management might want to mention as a courtesy to guests when checking in so parties can plan ahead for dining.

Everything was just as expected from website description and pictures. Loved having the pool outside the back door. This unit is on the back side of the property so be prepared to carry your beach items a little longer than 5 minutes. Overall a wonderful experience for our family.

Easy walk to the beach, to trails and to Coligny beach. Spacious enough for all 6 of us. Any issues were promptly addressed. We had a perfect long weekend at this property.

Location was great. For not being right on the beach the access was great. And having bathrooms available at the beach is a real bonus. The unit was very dark. Kitchen light did not work and was never addressed even though we called within an hour of our arrival. Outlets didn't work in master BR. Light fixture over table was all candles?! Basically useless. Pool was closed which was a surprise and disappointment. I might rent in this complex again but would not rent this unit.
