Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have stayed in Unit 309 at the Kulakane many times. It’s a great location, near stuff, but not too near stuff. It’s a very well maintained complex. Beautiful landscaping and a nice little pool for cooling off. I love that it is ocean side, many are not. The condo itself has some new lanai furniture and it is nice and comfy. The kitchen has everything you need and then some. my only issue with complex is the noise if you are sleeping in the smaller bedroom. The condo is right on the street and folks like to race on it in the overnight hours. Very loud! Screens also need replaced in this unit. It is also time to replace the mattresses. Overall, it’s a great place and I WILL be back!!!

It wasn't our first time staying in Kulakane. We've been coming back over and over. It's the perfect place for a vacation by all parameters. This year was even better than the last, and we had the pleasure of sharing the experience with friends, some who were experiencing the magic of The Kulakane for the first time! This unit is fantastic, large, spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated. The renovations to the seawall and yard are done, and look wonderful. Looking forward to returning again soon!
