I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time. The condo was clean and had all the things needed in the kitchen. We were thrilled with how many whales and turtles we saw this year. We have stayed at the Kulakane for at least 5 years and have loved every minute of it. Debbie and Tony are great managers of the property, always available to help. The only sort of negative is the furnishings are getting worn but I can live with that!We have already planned a stay for next year.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: No AC, and the ceiling fan in the master barely worked. The bed in the master is cheap and very uncomfortable. The combination of the three made for 10 nights of lackluster sleep. Additionally, there was no smoke detector and electrical outlets were touchy and some missing cover plates.

Couldn't have asked for anything better. Location, Location, Location! Our view was great. We watched whales from our Lanai and turtles feeding right in front of our condo. Debbie and Tony are the best, any time I asked for something or had a question they were right there. If you are a light sleeper you might want to bring earplugs as there are roosters crowing, dogs barking and etc. They didn't bother us but it's what it is, life on Maui. I guess you can tell we love the place and have already booked 4 weeks next year. You'll love it!

Have stayed here multiple times, different units depending on what was available for desired dates. All have been clean, comfortable and well appointed. On site managers Debbie and Tony are awesome. Responsive, friendly and helpful.
