Red Passion Paradise: A True Love Story

Pros: Mattress Location Hot water Stayed at countless properties prior to this - never given a bad review. Cons: Owner completely NON RESPONSIVE!! All of these issues were brought to the owner’s attention upon arrival. NO RESOLUTION to any issue by owner 1) Check in – nothing from owner. Did not received location or how to enter property. We arrived in Atlanta after check in time (required a call to the VRBO service line to get address and contact from property owner– VRBO service was awesome!) 2) Garbage outside the door (Still there 4 days later) 3) The entry door paint is peeling and dirty 4) Dirty walls - I mean filthy dirty 5) Filthy baseboards (a random hair in the moulding eeewww. It did not appear to be a hair from one's head) 6) No coffee pot 7) No silverware 8) 1 pot 1 pan 9) Kitchen sink clogged (VRBO contacted and this was resolved after 48 hours) 10) TV in living room not functional 11) Sofa stained 12) Smoke alarm dangling from ceiling 13) Bedding was thread bare and very worn 14) Pillows were worn and VERY flat 15) Bedding and towels in washer with an incomplete wash cycle (still soaking wet) smelled of mold 16) Towels and bedding in dryer 17) TV in bedroom non functional 18) ¼ roll of toilet paper and 1 hand towel for kitchen 19) Washer leaked 20) Marta train noise HIGHLY audible every 30-40 minutes. 21) Owner stated in a text to me, that she lived upstairs and monitored ALL “comings and goings” from unit 22) Dining room table chairs vinyl was peeling and very worn 23) And lastly, the upstairs neighbor moved furniture all night long – every night. I have photos to substantiate everything I wrote.
